I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience — especially for anyone who loves shopping! 🛍️ The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to major shopping malls and local markets. It’s so convenient to go shopping during the day and easily come back to drop off bags or take a short rest before heading out again. The room was clean and comfortable,

The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating! We have left a big plastic with some important things at the doorstep, and they managed to keep it and answered our call immediately. I am very happy about their service to customers. The room is spacious and clean. Even though we were on the first floor just beside the receptionist area, we slept very well, and the staff were mindful.

There was no staff and no one was picking up the call on the hotel number so had to book in another hotel It is a very bad hotel.

Location and Cleanliness are excellent! Located at the heart of pratunam area, only No Amenities like soap or shampoo.. Be prepare..

We booked for 3 days 2 nights but we checked immediately after 1 hour and booked another hotel. Poor service & very small room for 3 persons. Wasted SGD300, just for safety for my family

It's the best value for the price, and the room is worth more than the price. The room is clean enough, there's a hair dryer, and the security system is very good. I like it. I'll definitely stay there again.

Overall, it's good. The accommodation is a bit difficult to get into. The room is cute and suitable for one person.

Everything is very nice except that there is a parking lot outside the window. Next to it is the Pratunam Night Market, very close to the city center👍
