The room was spacious but displayed signs of wear, with several cockroaches observed inside the cabinet. The hotel did feature a nice swimming pool. Regrettably, the staff were often impolite and unhelpful, contributing to a tense atmosphere. The breakfast options were limited, and I noticed several small cockroaches around the toaster area, which the staff observed but disregarded. On a positive note, the hotel's location was excellent, conveniently situated near local attractions.

There is no lift. My room was on the second floor I have to carry my heavy luggages from the stairs. The hotel WiFi is not working. There is no tile in bath room. The location is not good.

I like how the receiptionist greating guest. Such a kindness. The one thing that i dont like is location. But it is ok. I can ride online bike to everywhere i go

Check-in was already after 10-11pm. I understand that at this time, no service staff confirmed my identity and gave me the room key. But there was a notice on the door. Indicates the need to join the hotel's LINE. And provide information before you can check in. But after using it for a long time, I really can't use LINE ID. The display shows that there is no such user. It leaves us at a loss. We arrived at the hotel tired after getting off the plane. I followed the instructions but couldn't find a user that could upload basic information. Go to the key cabinet inside to get the password and open it to take the key. It's really troublesome. The service desk was completely unstaffed all day. But the service staff was very kind and polite. The only drawback is the problem of self-check-in

The room is very small. The air conditioner is not cool. Wi-Fi is not working. There are no plugs in the corner. There are a lot of ants.
