In general this hotel was nice, the service was kind there is a cafe downstairs which is great. The rooms themselves are definitely older and the water pressure/temperature wasn’t great at all. They did not have tooth brushes or other amenities but, we also didn’t ask so I am not sure if they would give them to you or not. The location is a 20 minute walk to Khao San Road but other than that there isn’t much else around it. There is a 7/11 downstairs and a couple little shops selling food but otherwise the location isn’t great at all. The price was fair for what you get though, as it isn’t in the center of the city you can see why the price is what it is. For a budget trip or traveler who doesn’t want to spend a lot on their accommodation it makes sense (although which how much we paid on grab and tuktuks it might have been worth it to just stay somewhere more central and more expensive). The biggest issue is that it’s not near a metro station. I booked this for my daughter. It's really convenient and close to the university.

The area around is not very lively, but it's close to the United Nations Conference Center, which was very convenient for me. There's also a nice touristy area with restaurants 5-10 min away on the other side of the road.

I had an amazing stay at Samer Boutique Stay, which truly exceeded my expectations. After being let down elsewhere, the team stepped in with genuine kindness and made our stay very special. The room was spacious, spotless, cozy, and perfect for families. The owners and staff are warm, friendly, and always welcoming. The in-house coffee shop is also great, with a guest discount. The location is very convenient, right next to a 7-Eleven and close to Khao San Road. Highly recommended—100%. Will definitely return!

We had a great stay at Samer Boutique Stay. The room was very spacious in relation to today‘s hotel standards. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The location was also good, with a 7-Eleven and a Muvmi pickup point next door. Easy to order Grab as well. All in all worth the price and would come back again.

I was here for a conference, and it's quite close to ESCAP. There's a good 7-Eleven nearby, which is convenient for snacks. However, it gets incredibly noisy at night; I was woken up every night by loud motorcycles racing outside. On the upside, the proprietress is lovely and the service is excellent, plus the hotel is very clean. If you're a heavy sleeper and can sleep through anything, this place might be an option for you.

Actually some services were good , but it’s very close to highway so it’s noisy and not very comfortable to sleep, but they are very respectful and clean.

Except the location is a bit far from city centre, its location close to the traffic road, and no separate wall in the toilet/showering area, other are good for the price. There is Netflix and staff are helpful even it was late night. We visited the local eateries next door which was good. Note that there is no lift.

Nice big clean room with TV kettle hairdryer YouTube and Netflix. Good location close to khaosan but still quiet area. Would stay again nice Cafe next door too.

The hotel is located on a street in the old town, under an overpass. We booked a family room, which was relatively clean. Disposable slippers and toiletries were not provided. The facilities, including the air conditioning, were quite old. The shower water pressure was low, and the drainage was slow, leaving puddles on the floor after a shower. These were tolerable, but the biggest drawback was the noise. The roar of motorcycles was right next to us at night, so we didn't use the earplugs the hotel provided because we simply couldn't stand them. On the bright side, it wasn't too far to the Grand Palace by taxi, and it was relatively easy to hail one. There was a 7-Eleven downstairs, making it convenient to buy phone cards and daily necessities. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Since we hadn't put up a cleaning sign, they specially moved a table and placed water and tissues outside the door – excellent service.
