An amazing stay at the VIE Hotel from Sept 14 to Sep 18, 2024. I was truly impressed by the warm and professional service from all staff members, including the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams. Boom and her team did a fantastic job organizing my day trip, and the driver was very pleasant. The food and beverage offerings exceeded my expectations. The quality of the ingredients at the YSTB sushi bar was fresh and delicious. The dining experience at the signature restaurant was particularly excellent. Das provided insightful information about the restaurant and the chef’s background, while Bastien described the ingredients and highlights of each dish. Pooky was attentive and ensured our table was always tidy, and Flat took care of our entire meal, engaging in friendly conversation and suggesting many local attractions. Everyone went above and beyond, exemplifying the true meaning of five-star hotel service. My stay was filled with memorable moments, and I sincerely thank the team for their exceptional hospitality. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Overall quite good. The location and service are good. Very close to Bts. Room is big enough for family. Breakfast tastes not bad. We had a good time in the hotel.

It was a wonderful experience! The moment we arrived at the front of the hotel, the staff were already ready to take all the luggage for you. It was nice. Afterward, we were sited and went through the check-in process with a delicious pomegranate juice. Thanks for the early check-in, we got time to rest after a long flight. The breakfast was inclusive and great. There were a bunch of food options. Ranging from fresh traditional Thai noodles, bunch of Halal food options and a variety of bakery. Some of the food offered varied every day, it was good to have different types of dishes. The Spa was brilliant. Not only does the unique saint make you feel relaxed but the professionalism of the therapist takes the whole treatment to the next level. The service was phenomenal and comprehensive. Not to mention the hotel offers free private tuk-tuk rides to CentralWorld and the Saim area, the kindness of enthusiasm of all the staff make the whole experience worth a return visit! Absolutely amazing! With this price of the hotel, Vie Hotel would be at the top of the list of hotels in Bangkok.

I enjoyed their service from the front desk to the breakfast service. The room is also very spacious with nice pillows and bed.

Repeated stay in VIE hotel. Good location as not crowded and traffic is easy to and fro airport. Also a stop away from Siam Paragon via skytrain. Breakfast was sumptuous and good quality. Room was spacious and new after renovation. Special appreciation to front desk personnel Ms Noey, Ms Baifern, Ms Boom and Concerige Mr Plum for the excellent customer service provided during the stay. Will definitely return again.

Nice hotel near BTS and walking distance to shopping centres.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Upon arrival greeted by a super friendly and helpful staff (from Nepal) at the reception. The hotel app was helpful for services or all kinds. Then the room was a delight - so spacious, clean and I like the spacious bathroom with bathtub, compartmentalised shower area and toilet. Hotel supplies generously 6 bottles of drinking water. I like the ballroom where I gave a talk the next day. It was elegantly designed with high ceiling and adjoining to a nice coffee area. The gym is spacious n well equipped. All the staff were nice, helpful and friendly. VIE is definitely my hotel of choice in Phayathai area.

The hotel is good location for the Siam malls, and BTS routes. The only draw back was the sink. My 7 year old daughter could not spit in to the sink after brushing her teeth. Also the pool is not designed for children, as it is over 1.3m deep.

The food choices of buffet breakfast is way beyond the expectations!! The room is spacious, though the view outside is so so. It will be good if more power points to be provided. The staff are friendly and always trying to be helpful. The swimming pool is cozy which is good enough to me. The hotel had been well decorated with warm and decent Christmas vibe. Love it!

Location is conveniently next to BTS station, in a quietish residential area. Staff are attentive, lobby has a moody upmarket vibe. Rooms are spacious elegantly designed with huge bathrooms, the double doors for the bathroom are a bit inconvenient to open and close. Pool area is small and feels cramped, but gym is very spacious, with classes available (though not sure these are available to guests or not, some locals are members of the gym). Breakfast buffet is generous though the layout feels cramped, with tables too close to the food area. Tip: walk down the side alleys for cheap massage and food options as well as trendy cafes

Memorable staying in here, the SPA service is excellent, the staff service was attentive to every detail, breakfast is beyond expectation.

Quality hotel, but some rooms are due for a renovation. We stayed in the Deluxe King Suite. The room was very spacious and has a high ceiling. It’s great for families or larger group. The house keeping was excellent with great attention to detail. Breakfast was very good with nice variety between Asian, Thai, and western dishes. The only downside was that the room we stayed in feels like it was due for a renovation. We can notice the paint around the AC outlet, and bathroom ceiling was discoloured. Some of the wall finishes have damage. Overall, the damages we saw take away the luxury feel of the room.
