Ulasan Alt Hotel Nana by UHG

The hotel far from being great but its overall reasonable. Still, i was slightly disappointed and I feel that for the price i paid there are a lot better option right around the corner. For me the worst part was the smoke. The room smelled smoked 24h per day although the hotel claims to be a smoke-free hotel. Worse not just cigarette smoke the smell of **** was pretty much everywhere from the corridors to the toilet. Even the pool area was a guy the all day smoking **** and that didn’t seemed to be a problem for none of the staff. Having booked the place under the idea of a smoke-free environment that was definitely disappointing. The hotel is not that close from the Main Street as it seems and although they have a free shuttle service you can only use it in one way (from the hotel) and not the opposite. I doubt I will ever return. Not bad but can improve a lot, particularly for the prices charged.

The hotel location is very good and it’s just 8-9 mins waking distance from Nana Walking street, also hotel offer free Tuktuk service to Nana metro( skylines) from where you can take the sky liner to Ekkamai bus station from where you can take bus just at 131 Bhatt + 20 Bhatt ( if have big luggage) to Pattaya.

the hotel was good and the staff lived up to what other reviewers said... very good The room was not cramped at all, bed wasn't hard and pillows very soft, nice little pool but some gym machines wern't working overall great value, I would go again

Place to sleep, rooms get kept clean. But that’s it.  Hard to sleep because it’s beside a main road so you hear vehicles all day and all night. The fan in my room kept making noises and there was another noise that wasn’t ideal from another room. The hot water was not consistent also so showering wasn’t good. The gym is tiny and so is the pool and the pool is next to the motorway so not a very relaxing place. Staff were nice and the food was decent enough. Don’t know how this place is 4 star.

Nice place the only problem is the location but the hotel provides free transportation to the nearest live street

The hotel's facilities left nothing to be desired. The fitness center boasted top-of-the-line equipment, making it easy to stick to my workout routine even while traveling. The spa, with its indulgent treatments and serene ambiance, provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Staff cannot do enough for you. Very reliable and friendly people. Great customer service and always enjoy my stay here.

Good food nice service

Good hotel with friendly and nice service. We booked for a large room with bath. When we checked in we got a much smaller room than we paid for. We mentioned it at the service manager. She wanted to give us a "free upgrade". We looked at the upgraded room but it was not much different. So we choose the first one and confronted Trip with it. Trip understood our problem and acted quickly with contacting the hotel. The hotel could not give us the room we booked for. Trip offered a compensation in coins which we agreed with. Overall we had a good stay in this hotel. Breakfast was nice and also the free tuktuk service was good. Only a bit noisy and i guess bad luck with our room.

Had a nice stay not much of a city person so didn’t realise where it was in the party center I wouldn’t recommend for family’s but if your a young couple are single is a perfect place staff really helpful close to 711 so can get all your bits

Clean and helpful staff the room is comfortable and the refrigerator stocked.Great location for the single male not really for families as the nightlife in this area isn’t very appropriate plenty of restaurants in this area
