Location is great but the buildings are a bit old and room seems not so spacious. Swimming pool is small and there's no guard or stop on duty. I saw someone swimming without having proper swimming suit. Appreciated a little cake as my birthday treat. breakfast is just OK

Four points never disappoints. The location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to Terminal 21/Asok BTS. Room is very clean, and we like that the room is already cool when we went in. The staff there are very polite and ready to greet us with a smile. It came with a bath tub which we love, so we specially bought bath bombs for that. I love their activ series of toiletries - hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. It smells so great! The bed is so comfortable that you may risk oversleeping 😂 We have great night’s rest during our stay. It was my sister’s birthday, but I forgot to inform the hotel until around 4pm via trip.com before we went out. To our pleasant surprise, when we returned, there’s a lovely handwritten birthday card by the hotel (great handwriting by the way) & a very nice cheese cake. The pool at level 8 looks well maintained even though we didn’t use it. There’s happy hour at the bar from 5-7pm daily if you want to get a drink. Taxi to the airport is available at a flat fee of 500 baht which I took as it’s more convenient. Highly recommended stay.

Clean and spacious twins room good for a small family of 3. The hotel is conveniently located . 5 mins walk to Asok BTS and MRT stations , max 10 mins to Terminal 21, 15 mins to Emsphere where you get food from food court and restaurants. Thanks the glassed gentlemen at front desk who ran an extra miles to find out the closest Divana spa branch , call to reserve a spot and show me the way. And another gentleman who identified our airport transfer driver. One of the best stays and we will definitely come back soonest!

Amazing location. In between Asok and Nana BTS stations. Also a few steps away from my favorite cafe in Thailand. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re a smoker, they have smoking rooms located on the 3rd floor. Nice AC while smoking is a luxury in Thailand.

A good location, friendly staff, great facilities. The sky train is very close and one could catch it from the airport. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby and a very big shopping centre is within walking distance. The bed was ultra comfortable and the bathroom was really well laid out. Well worth staying.

Service was above and beyond, nothing to complain about. Location was great; tuktuk provided to Terminal 21.

The location of this hotel is very good .It is only a five-minute walk to Sukhumvit Station and Nana Station. It is very convenient to go everywhere. There are shopping malls, restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores nearby. The room is large enough and the bathroom has a bathtub, but the shower head cannot be moved and is not convenient to use. I accidentally broke a cup and informed it when I checked out and the staff said "never mind ". I am so sorry for my carelessness and thank you . When I reserved I made a note to arrange for a higher floor because I tend to have insomnia ,but when I checked in, I was still assigned a room on the second floor. Fortunately, after communication, I got a room on a higher floor. I really want to know, what principle does the hotel use to arrange room for guests? Nationality? Booking time? Guests need? Residence time? Check-in time? I hope that in the future, the staff can take the legitimate requests made by guests in advance seriously, and do not turn guests into people who must be angry to be treated fairly.

Excellent location and service. Close to BTS and Metro station. Good to have meals at Terminal 21, just 3-min walk from the hotel

Locations nearby terminal 21 and a lot things.. but the hotel can be better price 😁next time
