First time staying at this hotel.. great location just outside is the bts station chong nonsi. Surroundedby . 7-11, mcd , massage , food . Breakfsst was good too.. Will come back for stay again.

Room is dark. Light is dim, on all the lights but toilet still dark. Water pressure is good. Housekeeping not up to standard, trash not clear. Asked for connecting room but did not get it. Was advised to call the next day in morning to check, told to checkout both room and wait for new set of room. When brought our luggage down, told us that connecting room was not available, and that we will be going back to the same room. Information was not accurate at all. One of the room was even dripping water from aircon, which we called front desk to having people bringing pail to collect water. Smooth enough for the actions to be first time encountering. Have to off the aircon on an extremely hot weather just because the pail was full 1H into the "solution". Imagine surviving the stuffy room at 38deg with no aircon. No bathroom essential such as bathroom slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. 2 person staying but only 1 shower cap. Bed is soft and only 1 pillow. Flooring breaking apart with wood splits - yet they dont offer bathroom slippers. Location is prime, right at chong nonsi bts. 7-11 just right around the corner and mcdonalds is slightly further down from 7-11. Massage at the lobby was crap. Did not enjoy the service. Rsvp slot at 2230H, for 60mins massage. Only got attended at 2300H, changed me to a 30mins 4 hand massage, they close at 2330H. Did not enjoy at all as there are no strength on massage. Different masseurs kept telling to stand up and sit down after they shift the chair around. And throughout the 30mins, the masseur were talking, not attentive at all

Rude staff. Two ladies from the front desk very mean and not helpful. I booked the hotel for swimming pool and I couldn’t use because they decided to paint the floor during the weekend. Complained first on Saturday Feb 3rd then they said gonna finish soon and Sunday also closed. Ended up canceling my stay and book another hotel.

In front of BTS Chon-Nonsi station, easy access to attractions like the Manahakhon Tower is just across the road. also near the convenience store and restaurants.

Professional team. Value for money. Very short distance from BTS station. Concierge very helpful.

So far ok, location is good. During first day I stay, the room little bit noisy because of the aircon condenser issue. hotel managed to change room for me next day. Services consider good and friendly.

Close to Chong Nonsi station, Jetts Fitness (1500 baht / week), 7-Eleven, food stalls, and coffee shops. I highly recommend this place! The gym on the 9th floor is not good though. And their breakfast buffet is worth it!

Managed to checkin before 2pm, THB1000 for room deposit. Room607 corner room spacious with living suite. Power socket 2pin (round). Breakfast buffet is basic & just ok for muslim guest. Chong Nonsi BTS station less than 50m walk.

This hotel are nearest to train n bus hub. Its easy to get acces to any location in bangkok. If u rent a car they do had a parking. Their staff are polite and fluent in english and very helpfull. The ameneties are limited. No toothbrush, u must have on ur own. The dringking water n 3 in 1 will be refill if u stay long in the hotel. The pool are a bit old fashion n not clean. But overall the pool was on the top of building was awsome vibe. I would recomend to everyone to book to this hotel because its easy to get access to transport, food, local interesting place and pleaseable hotel staf.
