A friend recommended this hotel to me, and it's truly in the heart of Bangkok, right by the night market street. The location is excellent, and it's surprisingly quiet at night, which is a big plus.

It was just okay. The room was a bit dim. I arrived past 1 AM after my flight. They charged a 400 RMB deposit. I asked if I could have a late checkout, and the night shift said yes, but the morning shift said no. Luckily, they didn't charge me an extra fee for staying past checkout time.

The room was spacious and tidy. For just over 300 [currency, e.g., Yuan], it came with a pool and a breakfast buffet, plus complimentary oolong tea and coffee sachets in the room. The value for money is unbeatable! The only downside is that the transportation isn't very convenient, as there's no subway station nearby.

Good location, large room with good function. However, the floor is not clean. The staff are so friendly. I will book again next time I have business nearby.

Nice hotel, nice pool, and good restaurant. The restaurant staff were very helpful, the bell staff were polite, the staff upon check-in is helpful and the housekeepers were nice. The room was clean. Also massage service is really impressive :) Unfortunately, the front desk staff at checkout were extremely unhelpful. One person made the hotel experience feel worse. I would definitely come back, but I hope I won’t have any issues, as I’d rather not have to deal with the front desk again.

The less friendliness hotel we have stayed in Thailand. And hotel is old and staffs are not welcoming at all. We ordered food from the restaurant and as if we were disturbing them. Avoid at any cost ! What a horrible experience we had.

Good value for money overall. The bathtub, pool, and service were all fine. Some parts of the decor were a bit worn and could use new power switches, but my stay was still good. I stayed for 5 days, and breakfast was decent. It was very convenient to order food delivery; they'd bring it downstairs for me to pick up. The pool was great, with two smaller ones perfect for kids. You could also sunbathe during the day. The staff were very friendly and cleaned the room daily with fresh linen. There were tour groups staying, but I didn't hear any excessive noise. I slept really well; the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathtub was also very clean, and it was lovely to soak every day. It's worth staying here, just remember to book in advance for a better price.

Room a bit old but very big, good location surrounding a lots of restaurants. Service is middle, bathroom have bathtub and big space too. Price is reasonable and not expensive. Window no view, swimming pools too small. But one good thing is have massage shop inside hotel.

The hotel itself is not bad, but the fact that it’s an event place and there was a huge event hall right opposite our room, was disappointing. Loud music and people shouting pas 10 pm in the evening! You could at leas give us a room far away from the event hall…

The location is excellent, very close to the mall and convenient for getting around. The pool and rooms were also good and met expectations. However, I experienced some issues with staff coordination. At times, staff were standing in walkways and did not always move aside when guests were passing, especially in the restaurant area. I also noticed some staff chatting among themselves in guest areas, which, combined with the relatively narrow walkways, made movement a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, everything else was fine, but I hope this aspect can be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

Hotel have massage , good location

It's an older hotel, and the air conditioning wasn't very effective. The carpet also had a strong odor.

Great for families, with a large and small bed. The downside is the inconvenient location, far from the subway. The area is full of Chinese restaurants, making it feel like a hotel primarily catering to Chinese tour groups. Definitely not a five-star. The lobby was a bit dirty and cluttered.
