Ulasan Conrad Bangkok Residences

We came back to Erawan Shrine to fulfill a vow, and this time I wanted to try a different hotel. I was a bit worried when I saw the 4.5-star online rating, but I was too lazy to change it in the end and booked the Conrad Hotel Residences. The residences and the hotel are in the same building, but use different elevators. The good thing is that the room size is decent, a bit larger than regular hotels. The location is a bit awkward; it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest BTS station. However, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the BTS, and it's relatively quiet as it's in the embassy district. The downsides are that the decor is very outdated – the carpets, furniture, wallpaper, and even the cleanliness details are all behind the times. The breakfast is a bit Japanese-oriented, and both the taste and variety are very average. Adding breakfast for a child costs 700 baht per day. Next time, I'll definitely choose a newer hotel! The room was okay, but the hotel felt a bit old with low ceilings – maybe it's just me at 185cm being tall for Thailand. Breakfast was excellent and definitely worth it, though the dining area was a bit small, and we had to wait in line for a while. The location is good, quiet yet close to the action, about a 15-minute walk to the Erawan Shrine. I found the service to be just average. The staff at reception were a bit indifferent. They didn't offer a welcome drink during check-in, but then brought one out as I was leaving, which was a bit awkward. If you're traveling as a family and looking for a hotel apartment, this place could work. However, for one or two people visiting Bangkok, I think there are better options available.

I have appointments at hospitals close by, Which is Conrad It’s become my selection at this point as if comparison with other hotel I wouldn’t call But in Somehow Conrad is the most my memories since I was a teenage spent some holidays with family that would be perfect selection to stay.

Right next to the consulate, and the area around is super convenient with two 7-Elevens nearby. Dome is incredibly welcoming, always giving juice and little gifts to the kids every time we visit. The hotel spent a lot last year upgrading the entire gym with brand new Technogym equipment.

Great if you are visiting a nearby embassy. Just walking distance. Not a lot of cheap eateries nearby.

Good value. The room was a bit dated but acceptable. Check-in checkout process was very smooth.

Excellent hotel in a great location in Bangkok. Our family love the pool, and the breakfast at the hotel. We have been staying at Conrad Bangkok since 2003 (when the hotel first opened).

Room was very nice, and staff was very polite and courteous. Check in and check out took quite a bit longer than expected, but I was served a nice welcome drink that was quite refreshing. Would stay again, but to save time, it is probably worth doing the digital key next time.

Very well trained staffs and nicely furnised hotel. 24 hours gym is what i like most and its attached to a mall. However hotel is quite expensive.
