WORST STAYED:
This time round of 3 night stay was total disappointed.
Check into room 2509, the whole room completed darkness after slotting the key upon returning from dinner accept aircon and television working.
-Room then changed to 2406, whole room were filled with mosquitoes flying around. (see photo)
--Room was not tidy up upon going out, returned from dinner, bedsheet and water bottles not replaced.
-Asked the front desk of reasoning, he just kept quiet.
-Upon checking out, prompt the front desk duty manager then knew that only 2 chambermaids serving the rooms.
- It reflected BADLY on reputation of this branding hotel
-Shower flow takes more than 10 minutes to complete

เช็คอินห้อง 2509 ห้องมืดสนิทหลังจากไขกุญแจห้องตอนกลับจากกินข้าวเย็น แอร์กับทีวียังใช้ได้อยู่เลย
-ห้องเปลี่ยนเป็นห้อง 2406 ยุงเต็มห้องไปหมด (ดูรูป)
--ห้องไม่สะอาดหลังจากออกไปกินข้าวเย็น กลับจากกินข้าวเย็นแล้ว ผ้าปูที่นอนกับขวดน้ำก็ยังไม่ได้เปลี่ยน
-ถามเหตุผลกับพนักงานต้อนรับ แต่เขาก็เงียบเฉย
-ตอนเช็คเอาท์ ผู้จัดการแผนกต้อนรับก็รู้ทันทีว่ามีแม่บ้านทำความสะอาดห้องแค่ 2 คน
- เรื่องนี้สะท้อนภาพลักษณ์ของโรงแรมแบรนด์นี้อย่างย่ำแย่
- การไหลของน้ำฝักบัวใช้เวลามากกว่า 10 นาทีจึงจะเสร็จสิ้น
