WORST STAYED: This time round of 3 night stay was total disappointed. Check into room 2509, the whole room completed darkness after slotting the key upon returning from dinner accept aircon and television working. -Room then changed to 2406, whole room were filled with mosquitoes flying around. (see photo) --Room was not tidy up upon going out, returned from dinner, bedsheet and water bottles not replaced. -Asked the front desk of reasoning, he just kept quiet. -Upon checking out, prompt the front desk duty manager then knew that only 2 chambermaids serving the rooms. - It reflected BADLY on reputation of this branding hotel -Shower flow takes more than 10 minutes to complete (see photo) แย่ที่สุดที่อยู ่ครั้งนี้พัก 3 คืน ผิดหวังสุดๆ เช็คอินห้อง 2509 ห้องมืดสนิทหลังจากไขกุญแจห้องตอนกลับจากกินข้าวเย็น แอร์กับทีวียังใช้ได้อยู่เลย -ห้องเปลี่ยนเป็นห้อง 2406 ยุงเต็มห้องไปหมด (ดูรูป) --ห้องไม่สะอาดหลังจากออกไปกินข้าวเย็น กลับจากกินข้าวเย็นแล้ว ผ้าปูที่นอนกับขวดน้ำก็ยังไม่ได้เปลี่ยน -ถามเหตุผลกับพนักงานต้อนรับ แต่เขาก็เงียบเฉย -ตอนเช็คเอาท์ ผู้จัดการแผนกต้อนรับก็รู้ทันทีว่ามีแม่บ้านทำความสะอาดห้องแค่ 2 คน - เรื่องนี้สะท้อนภาพลักษณ์ของโรงแรมแบรนด์นี้อย่างย่ำแย่ - การไหลของน้ำฝักบัวใช้เวลามากกว่า 10 นาทีจึงจะเสร็จสิ้น (ดูรูปภาพ)

Service good, room clean, everything you need, can’t complain

The environment is good, and the transportation is convenient. However, there's been a group of guests recently who can be quite noisy. They also close doors very roughly, which can be disruptive.

Low Shower Pressure In Room 2309. No Toiletries In All Rooms.

Not bad. Good location for walk to shopping mall. Just walk for 10min.

This is a practical hotel when you have events near Ram-Inthra. It's good to book here as well when you're aiming for Safari World, Fashion Island and Promenade malls, and Chocolate Ville. They have complimentary coffee at the lobby. Prepare for 500 baht as deposit. If you are 4 pax, it's good to ask for extra bed (at 400 baht), though there's a couch inside. Room is clean with basic amenities to survive. Food is abundant by the mall which is 5 mins walking distance. There's elevator to note. Taxi and grab are easy to book.

Needs improvement on the facilities as it seems old. Be prepared with so many mosquitos. No toothbrush given.

Great place, only thing is some mosquitos, just bring some spray then all is fine, simple easy to stay relaxing. Bathtub is the shower, not separated.

Good hotel, great location, will definitely return.
