Romance Hotel Sukhumvit 97

My stay was good the cleaning is good the staff it’s normal the

Nice hotel for a short stay. Don’t expect anything fancy but perfect for a few days. The view and the pool and the 10th floor a nice.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly. We especially loved the rooftop swimming pool with its great view

Decent hotel with family spacious rooms. Hotel is about 5 min walk from Bang Chak BTS, and there's a 7 Eleven nearby. It's on a quiet Soi. Weird things about the hotel - there are actually 2 separate buildings with a carpark in between. We were given an upgraded room in the back building. Breakfast is in the front building. No shelter in between. There's no toilet roll holder in the bathroom so your toilet paper is given to you in a basket with the towels. There's a kettle in the room and mugs but no coffee or tea in the room (there's. Coffee machine in the lobby). Also, because we were staying 1 night, I was charged 50 thb for an extra pillow - was told if we were staying longer that it would be free. 500thb cash deposit, and extra 509thb deposit for an extra key.

Not bad. Hotel is a bit old, rooms may need a little of renovation but nothing to really complain about

Was woken up by the sound of drilling and hammering in the morning in the room right above mine. Very inconsiderate of the guests staying there. I understand maintenance is needed from time to time but do it later in the day when people aren’t trying to sleep.

Everything was good,I recommend to everyone,cleaning is well,stuff is nice,pool is clean,have 7-11 near

Unfortunately I did t manage to stay here as my flight was cancelled

It is my 2nd time staying here. What I love about this hotel is the cleanliness and how polite staff are. Maybe they can branch out closer to tourist spots! 👍 And rooms are spacious!
