I know about this hotel from Tiktok. Many influencer promoted this hotel and it seem really nive. Indeed it was a nice hotel just one thing that i didnt know was its location was quite remote. At night this area is really quiet. The nearest BTS is Rathachewi which is 14 min walk. Even though there is buggy 🛺 service provided by the hotel for free still i think the service not too extended. I still have to walk far to the BTS from the drop off point. However the bad location if this hotel was compensated by many interesting complimentary services from the hotel such as breakfast buffet, free welcome drink at the bar, free supper for every night (almost like dinner buffet), free 24hours ice cubes, free buggy to 5 drop off points, free head and shoulder massage and free traditional thai wear photoshoot. So i was busy pampering myself at the hotel. I wish the hotel location is in the middle of the pratunam market so more interesting.

I had an excellent stay at Vince Hotel Bangkok from 5–8 December 2025. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the overall environment made my stay pleasant. The 24-hour buggy service was extremely convenient, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The complimentary supper was a wonderful added benefit. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and facilities. I look forward to staying here again.

Great location! 24 hour buggy ride to nearby train stations and nearby mall. Only downside is room not exactly soundproof.

Clean and decent breakfast. Nice room but the hotel room shower is weak and difficult to adjust for the warm water.

Probably, the third or the four time staying in this hotel. As usual everything is perfect. Hope they can do a system on the pick up and dropping to destinated point rather than calling on whatsapp. Cleaner to my room is very innovative. Folding a turtle towel beside my daughter's favourite stuff toy 🥰

Food: Wide variety of buffet spreads. The menu change everyday 😃 Location: Heart of Pratunam, 24hrs buggy sending guests to 5 location. Excellent. Room: Clean and equipped with Smart TV. Service: Friendly Staff very spontaneous and willingly to answer to your queries. Skybar: Good vibes and nice view.

Enjoyable stay with a clean fitness room and nice rooftop pool. Breakfast options aplenty and fantastic location, very convenient and walking distance to Pratunam market and Platinum mall. Room was clean and service staff friendly.

The hotel is very clean, staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. We hope this standard can be maintained. We will still choose the Vince Hotel next time.

My husband I are genuinely impressed by how much value it offered—especially with all the freebies included. The combination of generous freebies and prime location makes this hotel a fantastic choice for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and great value. I’d definitely stay here again.

The 24 hours free buggy services was really convenient ! The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet having a lot of selections and they provide free supper at night too ! Overall very satisfied, will come back again !

The rooms are spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making every stay feel like home. What sets this hotel apart are the thoughtful perks: complimentary food and drinks, free buggy service, traditional Thai dress rentals (though I wasn’t able to book one this time), relaxing massages, and more. While the location may not be the most central, the convenience of these extras more than makes up for it. Breakfast here is simply outstanding—the most impressive spread I’ve encountered in all my travels, whether for business or leisure. And the beds? Exceptionally cozy, ensuring the kind of restful sleep that makes you wake up refreshed and ready to explore. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines comfort, hospitality, and delightful surprises, Vince Hotel is an easy recommendation.

We had such a pleasant stay at Vince Hotel Pratunam! The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family with young children. They offer free thai costume try-ons, free neck and feet massage on Wednesdays and Fridays, and even unlimited popcorn and apple juice near the concierge — my kids were so happy! The location is also very convenient — close to shops, massage places, malls and plenty of food options. The hotel provides buggy service which made getting around even easier. Breakfast looks good but we didnt try it cuz of Halal issues. Overall, it’s a great family-friendly hotel and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 🌟
