Kim Korner is your home away from home in Bangkok. I have been very pleased with their amazing customer service. The front office personel greeted us warmly upon arrival and accompanied us to our room to make sure all is well. The owner was there too on several occasions and asked how everything was and if I needed anything. The room was sufficient in size. The bathroom was a bit cramped but it was clean. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure was nice. The AC worked great (heat index was 51.9C when I was there). There is an elevator in the building and free coffee/tea and snacks in the lobby. The location itself is superb, very close to Pratunam market and Platinum mall with easy walking paths. Cars can reach the hotel easily too, making it convenient when I had to go back to the airport. I made the mistake of overbooking my stay by 1 night (my flight back was at 2am and I accidentally booked an extra night). The hotel was super accomodating. They contacted trip.com and helped arranged for a refund based on my special circumstance. Amazing customer service! Will I stay here again when I am in Bangkok? DEFINITELY! The hotel and room is quaint but functional. I like that it's accessible to markets and malls

Clean and nice location. The staffs are very nice.

Good location for food, drinks, shopping, and logistics, but traffic and limited routes make booking a taxi difficult.
