Decided on Al-Meroz due to the positive reviews but my experience was not that great. My room was at level 5, the lowest floor. Paid sgd355 for 2 nights. There were no more double bed rooms available so had to settle for twin beds which is fine. Our room was quite old and badly maintained. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. There were no tissue paper nor hand towels as well. The TV loses signal every 5-10 minutes. The carpet has stains everywhere. The breakfast variety was acceptable. There is a nice restaurant opp the hotel called Sophia which is not too expensive and has a nice ambience and the food is not bad.

The room was very spacious and clean. It would be nice if disposal dental care is provided. The breakfast was very a huge spread and satisfying. The room service was fast. It was a hassle to use the TV as we have to contact the front desk to ask someone to come help. The food from room service was nice.

A decent halal hotel with a big nice lobby. Room is spacious. There are connecting rooms, with King bed & twin beds. Our rooms look a bit old with the wooden furniture. Overall it's ok. The Wi-Fi connection is just good for browsing. There is a good variety of food for breakfast. I like the cakes and pancakes. The chocolate cake & caramel cake sold at the lobby are good. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There is a halal Sofia cafe just outside the hotel, only 1-2 minutes walk. There is no nearby malls. The train station is quite a walk, to me is a little far. Ramkhamheng night market is about 10 min drive from hotel.

Very comfortable, friendly staffs, good value for breakfast. Although the train station is 500m from the hotel, it's gonna be quite challenging to drag your luggage from the Ramkhamhaeng ARL station. The hotel is also very near with halal restaurant which is Sophia Restaurant. The only weaknesses is that when the room service clean up your room, they didn't top up the bottled water, tissues, laundry bag is only for one person although our room is superior twin that is for two persons. The hotel also didn't provide toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste so you need to bring it by your own. You can take the taxi from the hotel to Suvarnabhumi airport and its cheap, only cost us 100++ bhat. Overall a good and pleasant stay here and would be happy to stay here again when I'm travelling to Bangkok again.

Perfect stay for muslims. Hotel is halal certified. Good halal restaurants around and it’s near to Ramkhamkheang train station which is a direct line from the airport.
Rooms are of good size and I am granted the connecting rooms Eventho i checked in late.
The staffs are so friendly.
