Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok, Vignette Collection by IHG

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Staff were all very friendly & courteous. The breakfast was delicious & had a variety of selection. There’s a Korean bar with live band at the rooftop. The room was spacious. Many massage nearby. Near BTS station however you still need to walk around 15 mins unsheltered (it was rainy season).

Sindhorn Midtown Hotel is my favorite hotel in Bangkok. The staffs here are so friendly , I am also pampered with choices of food selection here in the breakfast restaurant. I will definitely stay here again for my next visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! 1. The hotel is very close to the MRT, making it is very convenient for getting around. 2. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable. 3. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. 4. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. 5. The gym was absolutely fantastic! It was very well-equipped with a great selection of fitness equipment, which is actually quite rare to find in a hotel. 6. I accidentally left something behind in my room. I contacted customer service, and they responded incredibly quickly. They found my belongings and returned them to me very quickly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here. The location, room, breakfast, staff, and facilities were all excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

The check in process time is too long over 25minutes per every guest, too slow. This hotel is just modern. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool water was not clean. Location is good.

Right from the moment our taxi arrived at the drop off point, we were greeted by friendly door man who helped us unload our luggages and ushered us into the lobby reception. The male staff at the reception speaks perfect english and very friendly, carefully explaining to us about our stay and entitlements. It was a very pleasurable check in experience. Breakfast buffet was one of the best i've had in ages, nice variety of mixed chinese/indian/korean/american dishes to choose from, service staff were professional and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel for families and couples. If i have to pick on something, its that the area doesn't have many cafes, retail shops, massages to "walk around" which on the other hand is peaceful for tourists who prefers less noise.

Excellent stay and highly recommended! The location is very convenient with a 7-Eleven right downstairs. The food at the restaurant was high quality, and I especially recommend the rooftop bar for its cozy and comfortable atmosphere. All staff members were polite, and the overall hotel environment was exceptionally clean.

Excellent service and breakfast really good. Large shopping mall and BTS station located nearby, really convenient.
