On my last night in Bangkok after much time spent exploring the city the past few weeks and immersing in Thai culture, I was seeking one last hotel where I could relax and rest and reflect. This location exceeded my expectations in every way. The room views were magnificent and the inclusion of a covered patio was a real treat (I spent a great deal of time here just watching the city). Not only was the room comfortable but the staff on site went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and feel very cared for. But the best amenity by far was the infinity pool and hot tub overlooking the city. I took my time swimming around and ordered a drink while soaking in the sunset on the Thai city below me. I must say this was a highlight of my entire trip to Thailand. In my room I took a long warm bath in my tub that also came with a view and I very much enjoyed this as well. For breakfast I took part in the all you can order menu and really appreciated the dedication of the chef to making this experience quite wonderful as well. I appreciated the fact that my room had a clothes washer inside and I was happy to utilize this in preparation for my next chapter ahead. I think by far this was one of my favorite locations (and night spent) and when I come back to Bangkok this spot will be at the top of my mind to return to. Truly an exceptional experience.

This hotel is amazing. the rooms have high ceiling and are very spacious, and elegant; the breakfast is delicious with plenty to choose for, and the hotel has many very good restaurants and bars too. The location is close enough to a big commercial area with lots of shopping, yet the hotel is quiet and with a lot of privacy. The staff is very profesional and they have a shuttle service to a large shopping mall.

The hardware, from the spacious room, nice garden to the infinity pool are gorgeous. More importantly, we feel really pampered by all the staff members at the hotel, from the shuttle driver, lobby receptionist to the waitress at the restaurant Bangkok Trading Post, particularly our room attendant Ms. Duen, who is very helpful, friendly, attentive and responsible! Another point that we really appreciate is the quality of the breakfast, especially the a la carte dishes, which are rich in diversity and tasteful. The one bedroom suite is quiet, spacious, super clean and layout is very user friendly. The view overlooking the Phrom Phong is so pleasant. The location is great in terms of its tranquility from the bustling Sukhumvit Road. Despite the hotel is not right near the Phrom Phong BTS station, the hotel offers luxury shuttle to the EmQuartier mall every 30 minutes. The 13-minute walk from the hotel to BTS or vice versa is also very pleasant and you can feel safe even late at night. 137 Pillars is a hotel with with high value of price. Compared to other hotels under big name and international chain, you can experience more about the authentic Thai hospitality and passion here. This is a hotel I would recommend to travelers to Bangkok, with no doubt.

The space felt quite spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was spot on. All the facilities were pretty new. Overall, I had a very satisfactory experience this time, and I'd come again. This time I stayed in a mountain view room; it felt spacious and comfortable, the cleanliness was excellent, and the service was good! My overall experience this time was quite satisfying, and I'll definitely return.

Loved this place, would highly recommend it for couples and biz travelers. Staff are amazing, and they upgraded us when our original booking had problems.

Seriously, don't stay here. They make it incredibly difficult to get your deposit back, and the service is absolutely terrible.

This was truly the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed at. The shower looked as though it's never been used before. Amazing. Excellent service, top location, beautiful and large room. Highly recommended

Celebrating our wedding anniversary at 137 Pillars was the best decision we made for our first trip to Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond our expectations. The view was spectacular and the food was simply incredible – each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavors we had never experienced before. A special thank you to Chef Nut, who was not only talented but also incredibly friendly. He generously offered us extra dishes to try and surprised us with complimentary desserts, making the evening feel even more special. We also want to extend our gratitude to Pualyn, Rainbow, and Pooh for their warm and attentive service. They made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of throughout our visit. It was an unforgettable experience, and we’ll cherish the memories forever. Thank you to the entire team at 137 Pillars!

We stay at 137 Pillars almost every year for our vacation, and honestly, both the service and the upkeep of the facilities are always top-notch. The breakfast is a semi-buffet with an à la carte option, and the food quality is excellent. This year, unfortunately, due to high occupancy, not only was the room rate significantly higher than previous years, but we could only get a room for one night, which is a real shame.

Overall, excellent! The service was fantastic, and it was a huge bonus that the front desk staff spoke Chinese. They were very attentive, and the environment was also wonderful.
