This room so big, but once i check in the reception has a bit difficult to me bcs in apps my room can fit to 3person and in actual they asked me to pay extra🙃

Our stay at the Mercure was great! The breakfast buffet is the best I’ve ever had. The location is good enough; not right near public transport but taxis are cheap and the hotel offer a tuk tuk service to the MRT station and a few other hotspots free of charge. The gym is really impressive and there is even a large studio room next door. The pool is nice too. Pretty small but most city hotels only have a little pool but it was nice and warm too. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating to our requests. The view from the bedroom was fantastic!

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel welcomed and valued. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect – conveniently situated close to key attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Came for 4days, 3nights. First experience here in Grand Mercure Bangkok. Had a wonderful experience throughout. Gym and swimming pool was great. Gym was filled with antique equipments. Breakfast has varieties, I believe they rotate within 2 menus based on my experience. Service was good from the start. Helped with my luggage. Housekeeping missed topping up the sugars in the room, but other that all was tip top. Will definitely come back to same hotel when I visit Bangkok again.

I enjoyed the clean and spacious room, everything was just perfect. The bathroom with tub was great, good gym, however, the pool is not big we didn't spend time there, and I liked the steam room to be open longer 8 is too soon for tourists. There are so many Indians in the hotel as other people mentioned in comments and it is ok, breakfast was good and complete I enjoyed the veggies, middle eastern items and omelet however warm food was mostly Thai and Indian not my favorite but there were so many items to enjoy, especially for the reasonable price. In terms of location there is a bus stop just outside the hotel and you can get everywhere with bus. From hotel to palladium station is around 20 minutes. Also there is a metro station 10minutes walk from hotel. If you want to be around old parts of the town like asiatique and Chinatown and Iconsiam,Hotel is far away around 90 minutes with bus and 1hour with taxi because of the traffic. There is always traffic in the city.All in all we liked the room the food and staff. We had an early check in and the view in our level was fantastic.

The hotel has a convenient location to go to famous places in Bangkok. The staffs here are really nice and helpful. The room is quite big and clean, they also prepare amenities. Price is acceptable and I really like the smell whenever I stay in the lobby. Such a good choice to stay in Bangkok

Nice old building and well maintenanced. The hotel provides free shuttle to Phetchaburi station and several tourism places like centralwOrld and Terminal 21 (every 1 hour starting 8am). Location not really in the center, easy to order taxi, but not really accesible for train user probably 1km by walking from station. Poor amenities doesn’t belong to 5-star hotel in my opinion.

Average hotel with friendly, but still average service. Good variety of foods for breakfast. The room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom old-fashioned with a fixed shower head in a bath tub. The hotel’s location was highly inconvenient. Guests were forced to rely on constant cab rides, and with three active construction sites nearby, persistent traffic congestion caused significant losses of time and money for every trip.
