3rd time staying there. The location of the hotel is good. Small ant around the room. The hot water showers is always the problem. It trun too hot or cold in the middle of showers by it self.. over all.is good. Will.stay here of the rate is good .

Love the concept of this boutique hotel! Super value for money!! Staff were friendly and the location is superb too. I travelled alone and was scared initially but the streets were brightly lit with street stalls still operating even after 11pm so I felt really safe :) Will come back again for sure :)

The newly renovated look very refreshing.
There is washing machine and dryer at the outdoor.
I like how it actually has the international plug.
The only thing is that is the washroom could improve with a soap holder.
Will book this hotel again.

Disappointed with the newly renovated hotel. The air conditioning in some rooms wasn't working well, and one of the rooms on the top floor had ants. However, most of the staff were great and really helpful. I'd like to thank Phi (not sure if I'm spelling his name correctly) for going to great lengths to help us change rooms (yes, plural to be used here) on his first day of work! I'd also like to express my gratitude to Fawi for assisting when the chambermaid didn't make up our room on one of the days. Happy that we were able to provide feedback to their management due to a special occasion. Hope improvements could be done to the room. Also some feedback on the bathroom design - (1) some hooks or bars could be provided for hanging clothings (2) half a panel is not enough to prevent water from splashing out of the showers which makes the floor kindna slippery (3) not sure why the toilet paper holder is very near to the toilet bowl, making it rather difficult to use.

Newly renovated hotel which located in central of Pratunam, color full floor. If you wish to stay at Pratunam, this one consider as acceptable and easy access to BTS anyway, about 500m away.
