Very satisfied 👍🏻 The location is also excellent, super convenient! It's surrounded by wholesale markets, and getting around by car or on foot is easy. There are also plenty of massage places and coffee shops nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Clean Room & modern design like it near best loacation to pratunam

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.The hotel atmosphere was calm , clean, and comfortable which made it a perfect place to relax.The rooms was well maintained and had all the necessary for a comfortable stay. The service was generally good. The staffs were polite, friendly and always willing to help when needed.They responded quickly to our request and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. The location was very convenient especially easy to access to the bus,taxi. It travelling around the area simple and stress free. The breakfast was good but it would be even better if the food was served hotter. Overall I had a nice experienced and would consider coming back again in the future.

An absolutely terrible stay. The room was old and dirty, and as soon as I opened the door, there was a strong musty smell. In the first room, the shower drain was very slow; after just a short shower, the bathroom floor was flooded. The mattress and bedding were also unclean, leaving me feeling itchy all over. The next day, after returning in the evening, I found a live cockroach in the supposedly cleaned bathroom, and the tissue box was empty. Around 8 AM, the staff kept knocking on the door, waking me up. The soundproofing of the door was also terrible; when the next-door room opened or closed their door, it sounded like it was my own. I booked for three nights, but after seeing the room, I didn't want to stay. Both the front desk and Trip.com customer service refused to let me cancel. In the end, I endured two terrible nights and decided not to stay for the last night, considering the room fee a gift to them.

The location was excellent, just below the night market and there are a lot of massage available just right outside the hotel. Stafff is friendly and I requested for an hr late check-out without any charges. Hotel is clean though the furniture is a bit old but overall is good.

Location and staff services was excellent. Breakfast buffet for all 5 days seems to be the same food. Room lacked amenities such as body lotion and many of the small things and no creamer for coffee/ tea

Twin-bed rooms should have a lock on the bathroom/toilet door. While the current setup may be acceptable for couples, a lock is essential for general guests to ensure privacy and comfort.

I was a bit hesitant after reading some older reviews, but it turns out... Everything was perfect! From the service, facilities, and room to the restaurant, it was all excellent. I will definitely be back here again.

Hotelroom was fine for a low price. Location is not great. The breakfast is totally not worth it. Keep in mind you need to pay extra for coffee. It’s better to have breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel is located well within the Pratunam area and is within walking distance to Baiyoke Sky Tower. Finding food and cheap shopping is easy. The only thing that made the stay unpleasant was due to noisy kids that were staying on the same floor that banged doors when closing and making a lot of shouting along the hallway. The parents does not care about the commotion they made and just can't be bothered. Doors were slammed heavily after calling the reception, even after being told to keep their volume down. As I just stayed for 2 nights, I did not ask for a room change to another level.
