We were VERY disappointed & shock to realise we HAD to pay MORE ( beside usual BUT HIGH DEPOSIT) at check-in and even EACH Additional NIGHT IF we stay on ...WHEN WE HAD VERY LITTLE MONEY LEFT & check, compare& calculated each Bahts thro the Trip.com& Agoda..YET ... information was not given correctly!! Though the room was spacious& fridge was good size ... ALSO ... there were many windows ( though if we stay during day time will be good for sunlight) & Room 305 was beside main road & was still Too bright &noisy to have good sleep & the shower place was too near toilet seat w/o shower curtain and whole toilet got wet when took shower

It's not easy though everything going to stay this place because they just pop up everyday

Awful, terrible experience. after booking and paying for the room in advance I was forced to pay extra amount of money in check in to get the room, otherwise the check in would be denied. the staff from hotel were absolutely impolite and rude, and had a mafious behavior. I just arrived at late evening to the hotel, so tired from traveling and found this big trouble. I contacted trip.com to explain this issue and they said they will refund the extra payment, but I'm still waiting for it. the hotel and room are old and dirty, no towel paper, no cleaning everyday. I had to go reception several times to ask for clean towels, toilet paper or soap. not good location, hard to find restaurants nearby, but have 7 eleven near.

ค่าประกัน 500฿ ยังไม่พอ เก็บเพิ่มอีก 80฿ 80 นี้ไม่ได้คืนนะคะ !! ค่าอะไร ? ที่นอนแย่มาก เป็นแอ่งตามภาพ ปวดหลังสุด ทิชชูไม่มีให้ทั้งห้องนอน ห้องน้ำ แอร์ไม่เย็นเลย หน้าฟร้อนคุยกันเองเสียงดังรบกวนมากๆ ไกลเซเว่น ร้านข้าว ทีวีไม่มีสัญญาณ สักช่องเดียว มีเสียงรบกวนเยอะมาก ไม่แนะนำที่นี่คะ ไม่ประทับใจอย่างยิ่ง

แย่มาก มีเก็บเงินเพิ่ม ทางโรงแรมแจ้งว่าลูกค้าจองมาในราคาถูก จึงมีบวกเพิ่ม ยุงก็เยอะ แอร์ก็เก่าไม่เย็น

เราจองที่พักผ่าน app เพราะเห็นราคาถูก และมีค่าธรรมเนียม โอเคเรายอมจ่าย เพราะคิดว่าถูกสุดเพราะไปดึกมาก พอวันเข้าพัก เราไปเช็คอินกับพนักงาน มีค่าอะไรเพิ่มมาอีก 60 บาท รวมๆ เป็นคืนละ 520 นิดๆ ซึ่งเราก็สอบถามไปกับโรงแรม และเค้าแจ้งว่า เพราะตั้งราคาถูกแล้ว เลยมาเก็บส่วนนี้เพิ่ม?? มันไม่เคยมีโรงแรมไหนมาเก็บแบบนี้ เราเคยพักทั้งถูกและแพง ผ่าน app มาตลอด ไม่เคยมีเรียกเก็บแบบนี้เลย แย่มาก เปิดดูในห้องในราคาคืนละ 500 ไฟก็ดับ เครื่องอาบน้ำหมดอายุเป็นปี แล้วทิชชู่ไม่มีให้อีก ปกติเราไม่เคยรีวิว บอกเลยที่นี่คือแย่มาก อย่าหากดเข้าไปพักนะ อีกอย่างถ้าเทียบในเรทเดียวกัน เราไปหลายจังหวัด อันนี้คือแย่สุดๆ แค่นอนคืนเดียวเราก็ซีเรียส ถ้าสภาพมันไม่น่านอนแบบนี้ app ควรจะเอาผิดกับโรงแรมที่ไม่โปร่งใสกับลูกค้าด้วย จริงๆจองผ่าน app แล้วก็ไม่ควรมาเก็บมัดจำอีก

น้ำไม่ไหล ไปเช็คอินบอกห้องเต็ม ผมละเพลีย ต้องมาอ้อนวอน มัดจำ 500 ได้คืน 440 ที่เหลือ หักค่าบริการ 🤣🤣🤣
