Ulasan The Siam Heritage Hotel

I booked this hotel last minute and it’s very centrally located. Air conditioner is great and bed is comfy! Breakfast wasn’t bad and the staff are super friendly! Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice!

I arrived late at night and the overnight staff booked me into a standard room when I booked a deluxe king room, the room was on a low-floor facing the street. The windows had no sound proofing and I was unable to sleep for that night due to the sound of loud constant traffic. I requested a quieter room and they moved me to the room-type I actually booked on a higher floor facing behind the hotel where it was much quieter. However in the new room had central A/C which was extremely loud and the vents had alot of grime and dust, I developed a sore throat and cough during my stay, im not sure if it was due to the terrible air quality or the dirty condition of the central air conditioning (I doubt they regularly cleaned inside it and is likely full of dust and other mould). The lamps on my bedside table showed signs of dust and some of the floorboards are uneven. Overall the hotel is showing its age, the coriddoors are very dark with no sunlight. The choice of lighting within the rooms & public areas is a very cold sharp whitish blue-light that is very jarring to the eyes and sets a haunting atmosphere amongst depictions of old Thai cultural paintings and Buddhist inspired statues. The location is decent and a short walk to Thaniya mall, many dining choices & Sala Daeng BTS station, but at night especially you its not a family friendly environment as you need to walk past Patpong market street full of tuktuk drivers & stripclubs or Thaniya road that is full of Japanese adult-bars with many working girls calling your attention on the street, just to get to the BTS station.

The staff were helpful and accommodating when we asked for late check out, plus left luggage service. The room was large with a kitchenette but with plenty of outside dining options it seemed unnecessary. Good location between 2 metro stations on Blue Line. The roof top pool small and needed some TLC but gardens nice for a building in the middle of Bangkok. The water in the pool seemed warmer than our shower and the shower rose needed cleaning as couldn't get good coverage. Overall quite happy with this hotel.

Located in the outskirts of Bangkok receptionist was not very helpful in arranging Taxi and hotel is very outdated. The beds were very hard. We booked for two nights but left after one. no interest whatsoever from the receptionist why we left

There is a tough of thai culture

Overall it was a pleasant stay at a relatively quiet corner of Silom/Surawongse area. Although I was allocated a room without a bathtub and toilet bidet (my friends at other rooms had them). But at the price, it is still value for money stay.

Room is pleasant and clean with a taste of Thai decor Toilet also renovated and ok Service at breakfast excellent

The staff is very friendly but the first night the king size bed is 2 beds together. the sheets are used old, not very white but rather gray .. large room .. it's not 4 stars not even 1 star never ever again

Ok stay. The room was a bit dated but suited my purposes.

I’ve stayed several times at this hotel. The room is good and clean but a bit dark. Overall, it’s worth the money.

日本人街に近くコンビニもすぐ側にあって立地は良し。 スタッフの距離感も良く要望にもすぐに対応してもらえる。 アメニティも必要最低限のものは揃っている。(水は1日2本無料)。 初日の夜にゴキが出なければさらに高評価だったのだがそこだけマイナスポイント。
