The hotel services were amazingly exceptional from the reception with a warm welcome, I was politely ask to wait until my check-in time since I arrived too early at about 4am. Meanwhile I stayed comfortably and got finally assigned to a room which was extremely better than what I saw online which made believe I must come back here again in my next stay; breakfast was delicious & served in a very strong hygiene manner as the staff were happy & glad to listen even with the language barrier. I perfectly enjoyed the room with the soft bed, TV with full interesting global channels, fridge was stocked with cold water, sofa & working table available for work stations related, electric kettles (coffee, tea, creamer) and other appliances. Most profound was the listening ears of the staff and for sure they’re all very friendly & understanding even though most of them couldn’t speak English and MRT drop off after my check-out.

As a three-star hotel, the price/performance ratio is very high and it is worth recommending. The hotel's health service management is very good. I dropped a spare mobile phone in the hotel, and the waiter found it for me. Thank you very much!

Clean rooms  Location is quite convenient to travel. But the room is not soundproof and the refrigerator is musty.

When I checked in, I handed my passport to the woman at the front desk and said, ``Please check in,'' but before and after I received it, I was silent the whole time, and I stood there waiting for a while, but she didn't say anything and continued. I sat in a chair in front of the front desk and waited. However, I was not approached until I went to the front desk again, and the form to fill out was left untouched. There were tattered face towels in the room with holes in them, and the refrigerator was broken so it wouldn't cool down at all. It didn't bother me before I took a shower, but after I took a shower, the smell of sewage was very strong. The saving grace was that the next day, when I told the cleaning staff about the refrigerator, they brought the refrigerator from another room and replaced it. I ended up booking 2 nights, but checked out the next day. I felt very disappointed and sad after staying at this hotel. I don't want to feel like this again if possible.

Very good service attitude

The breakfast in the hotel is simple and delicious. It also provides a tuk-tuk shuttle to the MRT station. The service is good! I just checked out after staying for 5 nights and handed over my room card. The deposit of NT$500 was forgotten to be returned to me. . .
