An unforgettable stay in Bangkok – a hotel I'd love to return to! This was an amazing experience! Before this, we had stayed in the Siam shopping mall area, but this hotel is on a completely different level in every way. We initially booked 3 nights to visit temples and Chinatown (the location here is just perfect!). But after the very first night, we realized we didn't want to leave and extended our stay for another 3 days. Special thanks to the staff for their incredible attitude! We were worried about having to move between different room categories (originally 1 night with a river view + 2 nights in a suite), but the manager at reception understood our situation and gave us an extra night in the suite, so we didn't have to move. This was incredibly kind and unexpected! The hotel itself is luxurious. Evenings by the riverside, watching boats glide by, felt like a special kind of meditation. The pool is excellent, with plenty of sun loungers and comfortable cabanas. The breakfasts deserve a special mention: they're like a full lunch with a huge variety of dishes (European, Chinese, Asian) and an incredible assortment of fruits (mangosteen, passion fruit, dragon fruit, rambutan, papaya – all fresh and delicious). The room has everything you need, including two silent air conditioners in each room. There's a convenience store on-site with the same prices as 7-Eleven, which is also nearby. The hotel also offers a free gym, a kids' room, a small water slide in the pool, and a sauna. We've already decided that on our next trip to Bangkok, we'll only stay here. Huge thanks to the entire hotel team for their care!

The hotel was comfortable and the room was very spacious. The staff provided excellent service. I requested a honeymoon setup when booking, and the cake was absolutely delicious.

Facilities: There were plenty of charging outlets, but the hardware felt a bit cheap. The outdoor irregular-shaped pool wasn't great for swimming but perfect for photos. Hygiene: The cleaning was quite superficial; there were hairs by the bed and water stains on the sink. Environment: The semi-open bathroom had a strong odor, which transferred to the towels. Service: The overall service was quite warm, and the doorman actively helped with luggage and opened doors.

Booked with a friend, the room was very spacious, and it's a garden-style hotel with a great environment! It was a fantastic stay! Especially facing the Mekong River, the view is absolutely stunning!

I was a bit worried about the hygiene issues mentioned in some reviews before arriving, so I initially booked for 3 nights to see how it went. However, the entire experience was so good that I ended up extending my stay for another 3 nights. I checked in at midnight, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly, showing no signs of tiredness or impatience despite the late hour. There was even a staff member waiting to help carry our luggage to the room. Perhaps we were lucky, but our room was impeccably clean, and even when we left in the afternoon and returned at night, it had been tidied up. On rainy days, the cleaning lady would even bring in our clothes that were drying on the balcony. Overall, my entire stay was wonderful, and every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly. If I ever come back to Bangkok, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again. Oh, and the massage shop within the hotel is definitely worth trying too!

The environment exceeded my expectations. It's very close to IconSiam with a back entrance, and right behind it is a police station, so it's quiet and very safe. The facilities are good, and the atmosphere is lovely. It's right by the Chao Phraya River with beautiful night views, and all amenities are well-provided.

It is a great hotel with a great view in reasonable price. This hotel is also easy to find a restaurant to eat because it’s next to iconsiam mall for only 10mins walk

The rooms are beautiful, quiet, and well-organized. The designated smoking area is excellent.

Really enjoyed the time here, all the staff so nice and excellent service. The location is not far from Icon Siam can walked around 7-8mins. Room is comfortable also the work desk inside the room so convenient if you have to work

The room was a bit small, and even though there was a balcony, smoking wasn't allowed. Breakfast was quite good. The location is about a 15-minute walk from IconSiam, but it's across the river from most major attractions. While it looks close in a straight line, taxi fares are quite expensive, costing around 200 baht to get to the main sights, which isn't very convenient. The main downsides were that the duvet always felt damp, making it uncomfortable to sleep, and the swimming pool water wasn't very clean. My child's eyes got irritated and swollen after swimming. The front desk said they didn't have any medicine and told me to go to a hospital 8km away. I felt like their service was worse than the 7-11 staff. In contrast, the young lady at the nearby 7-11 even actively helped us find a pharmacy to buy medicine. Compared to her, the hotel front desk was very perfunctory.

Extremely clean with excellent service. The pool was uncrowded and spotless. We also enjoyed beautiful night views of the Chao Phraya River. It's super convenient, only 500 meters from IconSiam. Perfect! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok.

Had a great time swimming every day. Breakfast was just okay, but this hotel offers excellent value for money. The vacation vibe is fantastic, and the river view rooms have amazing scenery.
