Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy

Rooms are big and clean, excellent location. Nice pool and kids playroom.

Very comfortable stay at Legacy. The staff are trained and very hospitable. They even upgraded our rooms for free because the original room was in a dark corner at the end of the floor. We enjoyed the breakfast and hotel is reasonably located along the main road with lots of food options. Would recommend!

This hotel used to be known as “Legacy Suites Sukhumvit Bangkok” until the Accor Group took over the management of it and had it renovated and refurbished to be under the Novotel brand. positions itself as a midscale offering with a small touch of luxury, but nothing opulent or excessive. With the Novotel label, the offerings and the amenities provided by the hotel are noticeably more consistent, with a touch of premium finishing, similar to those that are found within the other Novotel hotels across the city (there are at least 7-8 Novotels in Bangkok - Siam Sq, Phloenchit, Bangna, Airport, Platinum, Sukhumvit 20, Sukhumvit 39, etc). As part of the refurbishment, the beddings and furniture are completely new or at least they seem to be, and made for an excellent night’s sleep. 6 pillows to a king bed, with extras in the wardrobe. Most importantly, the rooms, bathrooms and beds were clean, water pressure and WiFi were strong and powerful. The breakfast spread was plentiful without being excessively luxurious, and therefore managing to control food wastage. The pool was a little on the small side but still good enough for a short dip and chilling about. Location can be subjective, the hotel is located in the bustling touristy district, straddled between Asoke and PhromPong skytrain stations, which are both 10 minutes walk away each, in opposite directions. Being familiar with the city, I am aware that while it may already seem convenient to some, there are other hotels that are even more accessible. I come to Bangkok at least 10 times a year and have stayed in over 50 different hotels just in the city of Bangkok alone. While I cannot say that this is the best, as Bangkok as so much to offer, it certainly did the job very well at this price point.

Staffs very nice and full of smiles. Breakfast acceptable in such price . Location good near Emsphere the next Mall.

Third stay here in Jan/Feb. Rooms are great and well appointed, also very clean. Wifi in rooms is quite weak as routers are in the corridors. Pool area is small for the number of guests and gets limited sunshine. Hotel has developed a strange routine of playing loud music in the corridors starting at 7am. Adjoining restaurant, El Santo, is also very loud late into the night. Staff struggle to accommodate even reasonable requests.

Clean, and complete hotel. You will have all basic stuff in the hotel, room is good.

The staffs are so nice and warm. The room is clean and cozy.I’ll pay a visit again!

Nice hotel. Has a kitchen/pantry with fridge like a serviced suite. Room is big too.

We enjoyed our 4 days and 3 nights stay. Though there wasn't a thub as compared to the photos and inclusions that was listed in the booking website. Overall service staff were friendly, accomodating. Thumbs up to House keeping team who always ensure that our room is clean and towels are new daily.
