On arrival another female manager arrived immediately to learn about the incident and inquired about the room again. You can transfer rooms to us! And we accept it! On the second day, after changing rooms, I was disappointed. The hygiene level was poor, the quilt was torn, the air conditioner was full of dust, and the bathroom shower water pressure was not enough. 同樣的價格！還有更多更好的選擇！首先，我們預訂了一間角落套房。我們得到的是一個輔助套房。房間裡很暗，有著奇怪的氣味。我們去前台查了一下，男工作人員說歡迎投訴。沒有後續或理解。抵達後，另一位女經理立即趕到了解此事，並再次詢問房間狀況。您可以轉讓房間給我們！我們接受它！第二天，換了房間後，我很失望。衛生水平很差，被子撕破了，空調滿是灰塵，衛生間淋浴水壓不夠。

Great location beside Phra Khanong bts.Great view when you can see Bts moving towards the station.You will be suprised that you hardly hear street noise.Nice swimming pool and buffet is good.The Premier Corner Suite has a nice bath tub and nice cooking area.Not the best amenities given but overall you will not regret choosing this hotel.Massage is nearby and Cafe Amazon is just opposite.Max Value is just 1mins away with all the stuffs you need.

I come to stay on May 21 st, which I did not reserve.Because this is a hotel where the owner has stayed many times befroe, both when arriving in Thailand and the day before retuening abroad We will use this hotel. we walked in and asked at the counter if there were any rooms available and how much does the top floor cost.The employee replied that There is a room on the upper floor on 5,300 baht.Which we think the price is higher than in the booking We said we would reserve the room ourselves through booking.The employee had a dissatisfied expression on his face.Then her told us to sit on the sofa.To make a reservation in advance. Me and my boyfriend went to make reservations.I ended up informing the front desk staff checked and we got a room, but my boyfriend told the staff that she could ask for at top was floor full ,..5 minutes ago there was still a room on the top floor,.Book Booking said it was full.,,,ok we got a room floor 11. Had to put it in thr room that i didn't check room before going out to get something to eat.When us returned again, Us felt that the smell of the spary in the air began to no longer smell. Instead,there was a foul smell like the smell of a broken pipe.We called the staff and said there was a smell. The employee asked if I would like to change rooms. It smells this bad,no matter what,it has to be changed.The employee will ask to send a technician up to take a look first. what happened When the technician come up, he checked in the bathroom.''...And technician siad that the room had a problem for a long time at this point......'''So how the staff took the problem room to the customers. My boyfriend and I really like how we describe this hotel. And this is the blanket of this room. The chair is stained. Overall, the stay was not impressive at all. My boyfriend and I will not return to this hotel again.

Excellent Location; older hotel but maintained well. Clean, good housekeeping. everything was as expected. Breakfast was ok. Although the wow factor is not there, it is a good hotel that i would gladly return to.

Great location, BTS at the door step. All the staff are very friendly and the room is good, clean and quiet.

Excellent location with just next to MRT station which basically to move around anyway around Bangkok. Room is very clean, big and comfortable 👍
