One of the best hotels I’ve been staying at in Bangkok. Everything was perfect! Fantastic personell and wonderful food. Loved the location in a nice and upcoming area in Bangkok! We’ll come back again soon!

Recently, I enjoyed my second stay at this property within three months, and I was delighted to be greeted so warmly upon my return. Traveling as a group of three, we were all pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary upgrades to suites, which made our visit especially memorable. Throughout the stay, the staff once again proved to be exceptionally helpful and consistently friendly, going out of their way to ensure our comfort. The hotel continues to stand out as a welcoming and reliable choice for anyone visiting Bangkok. Thanks to the outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and overall attention to guest satisfaction, I can highly recommend this hotel to others seeking a great experience in the city.

I have stayed here before. In Thong Lo area, this would always be my 1st choice, because comfort bed, friendly staff, a well equipped gum. AAA for me.

Excellent as usual. The 2 bedroom suite was a delight to stay for 4 nights. Chambermaids took great care in every aspect of my stay.

Location is very nice, many food and massage shop around. Service is normal, not impress. Cleaning room need to improve. Room is very nice and comfortable. Let’s see next time

The carpet in the living room is very slippery. Please remove it or change the carpet. It is very dangerous and it caused me to fall quite badly.

best location for hanging around the bar, hotel staff very helpful as usual. never have any negative feedback after 4 time staying this hotel

The atmosphere is lovely, and the front desk staff were wonderfully helpful. Its downtown location is super convenient, with so many great places to eat and things to do!

MUU Bangkok Hotel reception staff are very nice and friendly. The mini suite that I booked are so neat and clean. Each day the breakfast are so good and lots of choice to choose. The Italian Restaurent the food are so good and the chef made my steak so perfact that I want to eat. Also they have live music playing during the dinner time. If we come back to Bangkok and we will choose MUU Bangkok Hotel to stay again.
