PProfXMost will note its central location between the Siam and Chit Lom BTS stations, a short walk away from the main shopping streets. But the Hyatt itself is a grand old dame that is its own experience, with great service, amazing facilities, comfortable amenities and an overall great experience. It takes about 25 mins by foot to get there, so I recommended you use a taxi.
There is a bus that goes to the airport from the hotel, which was really great considering the fact that my flight was early in the morning.

TThe lady roseI recently stayed at this hotel and was upgraded to a spacious city-view room. The room is well-divided into a living area and a bedroom, with a sofa, TV counter, and a small dining table for two. The space feels large and open, though the furniture is quite old—especially the sofa, which has lost its spring. Still, everything is functional and clean.
The bathroom is spotless and well-designed, with both a bathtub and a separate shower area. The bed is soft and very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
Breakfast is excellent, offering a wide selection of Thai and international dishes. The variety and presentation are impressive—one of the best parts of my stay.
Staff are friendly and professional, speaking multiple languages and always ready to help. It’s convenient to reach the hotel by BTS to Saphan Taksin Station and take the free hotel shuttle boat, which runs every hour. The riverside view along the Chao Phraya River is beautiful, especially in the evening.
The hotel is only about 450 meters from Asiatique The Riverfront, an easy walking distance for dining and shopping.
Facilities include parking, a swimming pool, restaurants, and an indoor lounge.
Overall, a large riverside hotel with great service, outstanding breakfast, and relaxing atmosphere. Although the furniture is dated, the cleanliness and hospitality make it a pleasant stay.

It was immaculately clean throughout, offered incredibly good value for money, and is definitely worth recommending. GGuest UserMy stay at HOMM Sukhumvit 34 was genuinely impressive. Every single staff member I met was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. They all made sure I had everything I needed at any moment. You can tell they take real pride in their work, and it shows in every interaction. Because of them, the hotel truly felt like a home in the end.
The rooms are modern, spotless, and very well equipped. You feel comfortable the second you walk in.
One thing that could be improved: there’s only one key card per room, even if two people are staying together. It’s a bit inconvenient, but absolutely not a reason to hesitate recommending this hotel with full confidence.

GGuest UserThis hostel is recommended if you want to do sightseeing on the river and have good access to transport in a part of the city with less traffic.
It is big and has everything you require for a comfortable stay.
Beds are decent and space is ample everywhere with clean facilities throughout.
The staff, the laundry, shared kitchen, the views, the cafe, the other guests were all wonderful and made my stay a pleasure.
The many steps can sometimes be tiring, the wet areas outside Hostel because of fish market and the lack of smoking areas can sometimes annoy, but otherwise it is well worth it.

I booked a Superior Room, but when I requested a higher floor, the staff handled it very professionally. Since there were no superior rooms available on higher floors, they upgraded me to a Deluxe Room — which was a really nice gesture! 😲👏
Overall, the service was satisfying, and the staff were friendly and responsive throughout my stay. The room itself was comfortable, quiet, and had good facilities.
However, the bathroom cleanliness really disappointed me — I actually saw cockroaches inside 😵😵💫. The hidden balcony area also looked poorly maintained (you can see it in my photo).
Aside from that, the hotel offered a pleasant stay with a good location, smooth check-in and check-out, and great service attitude. I’d recommend it for short stays — but they definitely need to improve bathroom hygiene.
