Our overall stay was amazing. Very friendly staff. Always smiling. The buffet breakfast was so good. So many choices. All the food are delicious. The restaurant staff are very friendly. We were felt welcomed. Were were upgraded to a river view room. The room is good size and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. Toilet is clean. Only the downside was there are places in the room and toilet that has dust. We tried to use the sauna and steam room but when we went there, it was very smelly. It looks like not been cleaned for a while. And no staff there too. Anyway, it is not that important to us. So we didn’t mind it at all. Cabinet and drawer specially where the fridge is a bit dusty and needs cleaning. I will still book my stay here and will recommend to my friends. We really love the breakfast. And yes the lovely view if the river!

We stayed at Ramada for four days. My first impression was that it’s a bit old. However the amenities are great! We had free breakfast and it tasted good! We tried different things everyday. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. They gave us advice on how to get around. The hotel is located at a small alleyway, there’s no 7-11 nearby but if you walk about 10 mins, you’ll find some bars and restaurants. Highly recommend trying Here Hai, it’s a Michelin Star Restaurant, about 8 mins away.

I stayed here for one night with breakfast included, as I wanted to write a review of my experience. I stayed in room 5009, which had a window facing the parking area. The check-in process was smooth and convenient. I arrived around 11 a.m., left my luggage at the hotel, and went to a nearby meeting. I informed the front desk staff to place my luggage in the room once it was ready, as I expected to return late in the evening. When I returned around 9 p.m., I noticed that the corridor from the elevator to the room was quite narrow. Upon entering the room, there was a strong musty smell that irritated my nose, as if the room had been cleaned but no air freshener had been used. Since it was late and I was tired, I didn’t call the front desk to request air freshener. Instead, I mixed some shampoo with water and placed it in glasses on both sides of the bed to reduce the odor, which helped a little. The room amenities were as shown in the photos. There was no iron or ironing board in the room, though I believe these can be requested from the staff if needed. My booking included breakfast, and I initially assumed it would be served on the lobby floor. In the morning, when I went downstairs to have breakfast before checking out, the staff informed me that it was actually served on the 7th floor. Since I was in a hurry, I didn’t get the chance to try it or take photos. It would be helpful if the staff could mention this detail during check-in. The hotel did not require a deposit at check-in, but I was asked to sign a form acknowledging the non-smoking policy, with a fine of 5,000 baht for smoking in the room. Overall, the check-in process was efficient, and the staff were polite, but the room’s air quality could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

Clean and Comfortable Rooms: The bed was cozy, and the room was well-maintained and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. • kitchen Staff: friendly and accommodating and courteous. • Location: Accessible to platinum central mall, walkable but a bit far to walk— not recommended to those with someone not comfortable to walk (with Elders) • Amenities: building is a bit old, The hotel had amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a decent breakfast but less choices— as their majority guests is Indian— food served is mostly Indian food. 🔧 What could be improved: 1. Selection of food 2. Room fridge not working— not getting cold.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The room was super clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable. However, since it’s located near the main road, you can hear some traffic noise at times. The location is quite far from the popular Pratunam area — about 30 minutes by car, and the traffic can make the journey even longer. Breakfast is available at 299 baht, but I found the selection a little limited. Overall, it’s a good choice for couples or families who prefer to stay away from the busy tourist areas and enjoy a quieter environment.

The hotel is clean and neat. The staff is great aswel. My only issue is that I told them my arrival time before hand and when I got there it was as if I never said anything. I had to pay 3000baht to stay from 5am till my check in time. Which I think doesn’t make sense for a room that costs 1000baht on a normal day. Felt like day light robbery cause honestly how 😒. Apart from that the place is amazing.
