love it! everything was great and clean. it’s only 4 months old. the room is quite spacious. nice bed, very comfortable. it’s not far from emquartier, and BTS station ( 10min walk). plenty of restaurants nearby. the staffs were nice and helpful. negative: the drain was kind of clogged in the shower. but overall, it was a nice stay! will be back next year in Feb.

We spent the last two nights of our Bangkok trip at 137 Pillars Residences staying at an one bedroom Residence on quite high floor. We like the place at the very first moment when we stepped in to the room because it is bright and clean and the layout is good. We ordered food delivery to our room quite a few times during our stay. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly to collect our staff and carry them to our room which we appreciated that a lot. Kudos to the hotel staff. The best thing I like about the hotel service is the free shuttle bus service to and from the nearby shopping mall (Emquartier) where you can find so many great restaurants and shops. Overall the place is one of the best places we have stayed in Bangkok in the Sukhumvit/PhromPong area.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel location was for private relaxation and there was a shuttle service going to a mall. The VIP lounge was quite small and accessible only from 7 am- 7 pm. The rooftop pool was very beautiful with overview of the city. The hotel staff and VIP lounge staff were very accommodating and friendly.

I deeply appreciate the hospitable service on 33rd floor lounge from Immy, Wawa, Nicha, Nene, Wan, Por. You gave me lovely mother a wonderful vacation experience. It is the second time that I stayed here and everything is still the same as my first experience! The service, amenities, room cleanliness it is always up to expectations! Ich war in diese Hotel Ende März 2019 das erste und letzte Mal. Ich hatte einen Abend Flug und wollte noch 4 Stunden länger in diesem Hotel bleiben. Ich habe an der Rezeption gefragt Ob das gehen würde. Sie haben gesagt natürlich das ist kein Problem aber ich muss den vollen Preis für einen Tag zahlen. Von Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit das Personal kann man nur träumen. 0 von 10 punkte. Das einzigste positive in diesem Haus ist das das die BTS in der näher ist. Nie wieder.

The Hotel is great. We took the 2 bedrooms apartment. As some members of my family are having their birthday on the month that we stayed, the staffs surprised us with a birthday cake a d beautifully decorated room. The Breakfasts are delicious and served only when you ordered. Hence minimised food wastages. Every bedroom comes with a washing machine that has tumbler drying function, as well as a well equipped kitchen. Encourage those with family to choose this hotel that is close to the shopping malls with many good food. Highly recommended place and hotel to stay with elderly, children and toddler. Thank you.

Good location nice shopping in the area including brand new emsphere mall. and Michelin pork noodle soup right next door. Room is a bit old ans dated. Pillows are way too soft had to stack 4 pillows. Road is a bit dark at night. They give a cookie upon check in. And the reception staff are helpful and kind.

1. Old used bed linen on arrival The first night check-in, the bedlinen was obviously not new and with wrinkles on them. When asked to change rooms, the staff said there was no availability and could only change the next day 2. No hot water in the shower After changing to a new room, I informed the receptionist that no hot water in the shower. After multiple attempts, and still NO HOT WATER, and the staff didn't try to change rooms again 3. Poor customer service When I informed the no hot water issue, the receptionist told me to wait in the room for the engineer to come to look into the issue in 30 mins 2 hours later, no engineer showed up and I went to the reception again, the receptionist appeared to be annoyed by it. And she INSISTED that I should wait for another 5-10 mins to go to the room with the engineer to fix it. I was already late to my agenda and 2 hours wasted. Outcome: The problem is not fixed, and waste of time 4. Noise issue (poor training) The wall is very thin. It was okay to hear the guest here and there. BUT 90% of the loudest noise is from the staff yelling at each other and running around

The hotel location is very good, walking distance to most of the amenities. It also provides a free shuttle service to and from the interchange 21 buildings. We stayed on 4th floor which was a mixed floor with smoking and nonsmoking rooms, the corridor had multiple air purifiers running 24x7, so I didn’t have any issues with the smell of smoke. Daily breakfast has a good variety of choices of Asian western and vegetarian options. The only downside would be the shower hot water temperature, it fluctuates with cold water and hot water when it’s supposed to be constant, it didn’t bother me as the weather was quite hot anyway.

If you’re expecting grand facilities like in chain hotels, the Public House is not it. However we loved it for its design, excellent location, and warm atmosphere. While it is a small boutique hotel, the rooms are big and it had everything we needed. It is also the cleanest hotel we have stayed in BKK! The food was not the usual in room fast food type of meals, and was actually really good. We had to leave for the airport early in the morning, and the restaurant was not opened yet, but at our request, they made us a yogurt granola bowl to bring along with us. Thank you and we will be back.

Second stay. Excellent hotel all around in a happening location. Fitness room is serviceable, and the pool is really cool with 360 city views. My only issues (and why not all 5s) is that I was on the 2nd floor, through the restaurant area, and it was quite noisy until 3:00am. The door kept slamming shut and people were drinking and yelling loudly on the balcony. I hope they fix this issue. Would stay here again though.

Location wise, a stone's throw away from Soi Cowboy and around 5min walk to BTS Asok/MRT Sukhumvit. However, the roads around the hotel are almost pitch black at night, even though this part of the city is generally relatively safe for tourists. The room I stayed in felt dated but still rather well maintained for it's age (I've stayed in Grand Hyatts and Pullmans of similar age that have been far worse maintained). Cleanliness was acceptable, though you can see thick dust collected on surfaces that generally are not touched (eg top of stove fume hood, top of fridge, shelves etc). The fridge smelled extremely stale though. However, being a hotel from yesteryear the room was rather spacious, with 2 balconies and a kitchen set up. There was also a personal washing machine in the bathroom. These are some features that you generally won't get in a modern hotel room. Service wise, the place seems well managed in terms of staffing. Requests were tended to timely and I can't find any complaints about it. Staff were cordial too, from the front desk to the porter. Breakfast was included in my room, and it was decent enough in terms of spread as well as taste wise. Once again, the food spread as well as the ambience felt like something that would have been well received 30 years ago. Price wise, it was okay for what felt like a 2.5-3 star hotel in the heat of a popular tourist spot. However, the general vibe isn't really my cup of tea (though YMMV).
