The location of the hotel is very good, next to the river. Access by hotel shuttle boat. Opposite Icon Siam. Comfortable rooms come with views of the Chao Phraya River. I gave full marks to everything except the service of the staff. The staff are arrogant and have very high egos. Not recommended. There are many other hotels along the river where the staff provide better service.

Lekapan lampu siling hotel berkecai. Kemudahan berjalan kaki adalah baik kerana pusat membeli-belah terletak kira-kira 45 minit hingga sejam, kereta api sjy terletak kira-kira 25 minit jauhnya, dan bas terletak kira-kira 10 minit jauhnya. Restoran terletak kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki juga, dengan beberapa restoran di dalam hotel. Jati emas mempunyai pilihan makanan yang berpatutan untuk harganya, dan saya katakan bufet sarapan pagi mereka adalah harga yang berpatutan. Tempat dim sum bukanlah yang terbaik tetapi mereka mempunyai pilihan bufet juga.

Hotel ini terletak di Sungai Chao Phraya dengan pemandangan yang indah. Selepas pengubahsuaian keseluruhan, hotel ini telah diperbaharui sepenuhnya. Tidak ada jejak yang ditinggalkan selama bertahun-tahun. Anda dapat merasakan suasana yang hangat ketika tiba di hotel. Kakitangan sangat ramah, dan mereka mengambil inisiatif untuk membuka pintu dan bertanya apakah ada bagasi. Daftar masuk di kaunter penerimaan tetamu juga sangat cepat, dan deposit sebanyak 2,000 baht telah dibayar. The hotel also features a gym, entertainment area, and a swimming pool on the F floor with a view of the Iconsiam shopping mall. Swimming here in the evening is truly relaxing. The top floor hosts a Western restaurant with delightful flavors, and the steaks are especially worth trying! Hotel Rooms: The rooms have large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful view of Bangkok's iconic skyscrapers. The room space is ample and comfortable, featuring a soft bed that ensures a quick entry into dreamland. The bathroom has a spacious bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. The room also includes local Thai snacks. Additionally, the in-room dining service offers a diverse menu with various culinary options. Hotel Location: Situated in the Silom area, close to Bangkok's Chao Phraya River and with a view of Iconsiam shopping mall. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the BTS station, making transportation very convenient. Hotel Service: The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming. They greet guests with enthusiasm and provide timely assistance. Overall, the travel experience in Thailand was fantastic!

Hotel was newly renovated and really really nice. Room is big and clean, equipment very nice and convenient. Location not bad. need some walk to main road, but very peaceful. We love the balcony, and restaurant for brunch. Nice view and comfortable. However, staffs were mostly friendly but not very well-trained. Some did not even greeting us when met at the elevator or corridors, which should not happen at a five star hotel we thought. Overall, we like this hotel, hope can have better experience next time.

Hotel pratique, puisque très proche de l'ambassade de France. J'avais rendez vous pour le renouvellement de mon passeport. Le personnel de l'établissement est bienveillant et très agréable. La chambre est très belle, et très propre. Je recommande vivement cet établissement d'excellente qualité. Bien que proche de l'ambassade de France, il est situé dans le quartier des joailliers de Bangkok avec très peu de restaurants autour, ce qui est dommage pour le soir.

I loved every bit of this piece of heaven. The location is right in the heart of Bangkok, a short ride away from the park, the mall, the public transport, and so forth. The rooms are so comfortable and layout well planned that I would live there if I could. My favorites were the bathroom, where the shower and tub were sectioned off in one room. It reminds me of the Japanese style bathrooms. I also loved the dressing table that was spacious and luxurious. Of course the comfortable beds were also a big delight. Hospitality was as amazing as gracious and generous as expected too. Many thanks! And I’ll be back again soon!

Attended a wedding in Bangkok and stayed at Naga Residence. I had contacted them about transport to the wedding venue which was an hour’s drive away. They promptly arranged a taxi for us with fare quotation within the hour. We arrived into the hotel around 9pm and the reception was open and waiting for us. We booked a deluxe room which comes with a mini kitchenette and microwave. The room is very clean and honestly, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, I sank into deep slumber as soon as my head touched the pillow. Toiletries are provided and the bathroom is very clean. I felt the water heater in the shower could have been a tad hotter but we could still take a nice shower. Housekeeping responds to requests almost immediately. The hotel is tucked away in an alley and doesn’t have room service or a restaurant but there are plenty of food available outside the hotel. The 7-11 around the corner provided all our breakfast and snack supplies. There are a couple of malls within walking distance and the most delicious Thai iced tea a couple of shops down the road from Naga. Thai hospitality is world renowned and I have to say I was impressed.

The hotel is in a great location in Silom, with easy access to the bars and restaurants in the area. It’s reasonably priced, the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly. The pool is well designed, though not much of a view. It’s unfortunate it doesn’t have a bar with a view.

Kakitangan perkhidmatan yang baik, bilik bersih tetapi agak kecil. Tempat tidurnya sendiri 5 kaki, tetapi bantal dan tilamnya bagus, tidak sakit belakang, jadi tidur lena. Dinding bilik sangat kaku. Bunyi bilik sebelah ketawa terbahak-bahak untuk didengar pada tengah malam. Sarapan untuk membuat pesanan semasa daftar masuk dan beritahu masa untuk turun untuk menjemput. Sangat mudah untuk memesan tanpa had sama sekali. Anda boleh mengambil sebiji selasih sebanyak yang anda mahukan. Sangat baik. Berbanding dengan harganya, ia sangat berbaloi.

We were given a very warm welcome by the hostess who gave us a welcome drink also. The hotel is in a very good location to visit Chinatown or if needing to go to Hua Lamphong station. The room was nice and we had water in the fridge. The bed was also comfy and we both slept well. We were allowed to store our bags on the day of departure safely behind the counter. The lady behind the desk could not have been more helpful. She gave us more water for our trip and let us sort out our bags before leaving. Thoroughly recommend for a short trip.

We loved this funky place in the heart of Bangkok's Chinatown, crammed with antiques of all kinds, featuring narrow wooden staircases leading up to the fourth floor, where our room was located, and best of all, offering wonderful service from the manager A-Moss and receptionist Nain. On our first morning, I came downstairs early to do some work with my computer and sat at the table where we would eat breakfast in 30 minutes or so. Within a few moments I was served a cup of hot, delicious coffee. Nain is quiet but very attentive and kind; A-Moss is talkative and helpful and funny and full of knowledge, which he seems to be bursting to share. Highly recommended, a highlight of our trip to Bangkok.

Location is perfect for anyone wanting to be within walking distance to Yaowarat, Talad Noi and Soi Nana bars. Barely 200m to Hua Lamphong station, you can access Airport Link at Makkasan station so the location is superb. Lots of affordable local eateries in the neibourhood that locals would patronised so this is another plus point. I booked a Superior room and since it is on the inside and not facing the road, I do not get noise problems. Room was well appointed with big beds, and they provide Mt Sapola bathroom amenities which I really liked. Staff are friendly, and they go all out to assist. For the price that you are paying, this is truly great value. Will book again.

Un très bon hôtel de charme de la Oyo, décoré avec des meubles et antiquités chinoises. Établissement très bien tenu et strict en ce qui concerne les mesures sanitaires liées au Coronavirus. Prise de température à chaque fois que l’on remonte dans sa chambre. Je recommande pour son rapport qualité prix, le niveau de service ainsi que les attentions particulières (panier de fruits ou assiettes de friandises gracieusement offertes selon les jours).

Itu adalah tempat yang sangat baik untuk tinggal. Kawasan. Jika anda tidak takut dengan Chinatown, anda disyorkan untuk tinggal di sini. Ia sangat dekat dengan kereta bawah tanah MRT Wat Mangkon, terdapat bas 40 yang boleh membawa anda hampir ke mana sahaja 😁 sebenarnya terdapat banyak bas yang berbeza. Ia berdekatan dengan banyak tarikan pelancong, ke pasar lama Chinatown. Hotel itu sendiri. Ia tidak besar dan pemandangan dari tingkap bukanlah sesuatu yang anda suka tetapi biliknya selesa, semuanya bersih. Anda mempunyai peti sejuk di dalam bilik. Terdapat juga balkoni dengan sinki dan anda sebenarnya boleh memasak di sana jika anda mahu, hanya membeli periuk elektrik. Terdapat dispenser air di setiap tingkat. Wi-fi okey. Di lobi terdapat microwave, kopi dan teh percuma. Terima kasih juga untuk komputer dan pencetak yang dikongsi! Orang ramai. Kakitangannya prihatin dan sopan. Mereka sentiasa tersenyum dan bersedia untuk membantu dengan cara yang terbaik. Saya suka tempat ini, saya tinggal di sana selama lebih daripada sebulan.
