Without a doubt, one of the best accommodation rooms and hotel we have stayed at. The hotel from when we arrived was excellent. The staff were fabulous from reception, housekeeping to security. All were extremely helpful and friendly. We decided to extend our stay due to enjoying our stay.
The room was larger than expected and so very well designed and fitted out with high-end fixtures and fittings. The bed and pillows were comfortable and fresh. The bathroom was superb and so well set up. The tiling, the bath and shower, and the double sinks to the mirror were amazing. Great colours and blended so well. Take my hat off to the designers.
We will be back, thank you, and thank you for making it so easy to extend our stay.
The restaurant was a favourite place to eat. The staff are so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating.

Bilik itu bersih dan kemas dan perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Kami tiba di hotel pada pukul lima pagi bilik yang tersedia pada separuh harga biasa adalah pada pukul dua dan daftar keluar pada pukul dua belas. Kami tiba di hotel -harga pada pukul 8 Mengapa mereka tidak memberitahu mereka sehari lebih awal? Hasilnya, kami mendapat bilik, dan harga bilik ialah 5,200 baht dan 1,040 RMB, harga hotel untuk hari itu Kami terpaksa keluar selepas pukul 10, dan ada seorang gadis di meja depan tanya, dia kata kami boleh check in, jadi kami tidak menunggu sehingga pukul 2! The hotel is a bit tired-looking and is within a 5 to 10-minute walk to the BTS and Metro. It is very near the Red Light District Street, and you may not like walking along the street in the evening. My chair has a big hole, and I wonder why the hotel did not mend it. Also, the floor is parquet and is slippery when wearing socks or room slippers.

Went with family and booked a one bedroom suite. Great location, lovely room with an extra bed, good pool, nice staff, wonderful room service. Away from the hustle bustle in Sukhumvit area. Very close to 7/11 and couple of Indian restaurants though not tried. The breakfast area is little small so choose your time accordingly else one has to wait or sit outside. Vegetarians will have a nightmare as there's not much in the menu, but they have lovely kitchen in the room. So, I would strongly suggest to carry maggi and other stuff if you are going from India. We didn't carry anything and we missed it. Washing machine inside the room is very useful if the stay is for 4-5 days. Skytrain station is a little far from there but I would recommend not to use it as taxis are far cheaper for the shorter distances. Ms. Cream at the reception is needed to be given a special mention here as she was really good at her work in terms of check-n and other queries. The entire staff is extremely helpful. Overall, recommended.

The hotel is grand, and the facilities are above par. The room was extremely beautiful, with a great city view, the bed was very comfortable, and the Coffee was fabulous. The bathroom was double the size of other hotels. The water Swiming pool was cristal clean. The security deposit is 2000 Baht at Check-in. The staff was mostly beyond excellent. They were very helpful and everyone was polite. Thanks for the lovely stay. Wish I had more time to stay at this hotel.

This hotel is new, opened in August 2024. It used to be an apartment building, renovated and converted to a long-stay hotel. It feels a bit more posh than the other MEAs I have stayed in Bangkok before, the hardware is clearly a step above including Japanese toilet self-flush with heated seat, but unsurprisingly is generally one of the most expensive of the 6 MEAs in the city, if not the most expensive depending on dates. Unlike the others where we stayed, no upgrade granted as Ambassador Elite guest (despite wide open availability) so they stick to Terms & Conditions of Marriott Bonvoy which excludes MEAs from the upgrade program. That said, their rigid stance makes them a bit uncompetitive relative to others. Unlike upgrades, they gave free breakfast despite not having to do it so that’s in line with other MEAs. Considering the neighborhood, it was appropriate to have a Japanese slant to the buffet, but otherwise not memorable, dishes not refilled quickly and service hit and miss. Service was better at the concierge desk which was very helpful arranging shipment of various packages.

Amazing hotel with nice interior and great service by the staff! Comfortable bed and cozy room. Noise only heard from the door, generally quiet. Only downside is the location which can hardly get a ride out and the walk from the BTS is quite a distance.

This hotel is quite good for the cheap price. It's clean, wifi is good, a little belcony and even a small gym I never tried. The location is ok but a fair walk to the train station. May need to use grab or walk 2.1km. The staff were ok but no early check in.

PPengguna TetamuGreat hotel and great staff. We were well looked after by concierge Pai and his guys, and the cleaning, pool and front desk staff were all competent, friendly and helpful. My wife lost her phone and they found it for her; it rained and they had umbrellas for us and helped book taxies and Grab cars. The hotel is very new and the room was super modern and very well decorated, with a big new TV and great amenities. The bed was superb and the pillows were to die for. We were there for a week and this was one of the best hotel stays we have had in recent times and I highly recommend it. This is a very well-run hotel so I commend management as well. It does the Marriott group proud. Also, location is great just minutes from Asok BTS and MRT. Lots of food options on this Soi 20, as well as Soi's 22 and 18

IIcykeyArrived at Don Mueang Airport late at night. After crossing a footbridge, I took a motorbike to my hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was both healthy and delicious. There’s an airport drop-off service available at reception, but it’s best to book early to ensure availability. Overall, it was a great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

PPengguna TetamuIn my opinion this is a great short stay for lovers of art and design. It’s filled with lush things to look at and soak in. Room was lovely and clean with a funky design and reliable wifi. Staff were all great as well. I think this is best for a short stay as the location wasn’t particularly pleasant for walkability and getting out and about sight seeing. If you’re spending a bit of time in Bangkok with the view to seeing a lot, the location is a weak point. The art classes and spin classes looked great but I didn’t get a chance to try anything out. Everything is a bit pricey, and I think their beautiful rooftop and restaurant would be filled up more if it wasn’t so much. I found the menu a bit limited given how little alternatives are around the hotel. Happy hour on the roof is worth the trip though!

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at this hotel for two nights while we were in Bangkok. The building is very nice and clean, our room was very well laid out. Roof top pool was nice as was the buffet breakfast. Good location with lots of places within walking distance or easy access to taxis and Tuk Tuks. Best part was the staff, friendly and professional service. Special thanks to front desk staff member Sawassakorn. He helped us out with taxis around the city, a local restaurant and arranged for a car to drive us to the airport.

Teman saya secara tidak sengaja terjatuh semasa pergi ke bilik air ketika mendaftar masuk pada malam pertama Apabila kami menemui hotel pada waktu pagi, mereka hanya mengesyorkan hospital tanpa sebarang komen sama sekali patah tulang Apabila kami mendaftar keluar, kami memberitahu meja depan bahawa penyelia berkata ya. tak terkata!

It is brand the I Check through out Thailand. Rooms are good size and clean. Staff are polite and helpful, there are 24 hour front desk.
