Well we went away to relax and recharge. The spa water was great until someone I assume a child went to the toilet and it had to be closed for a clean up. Only a short period. The medical staff are very good. Me and my partner came down with a virus and they sorted us out. So that was great. However I think that the front of desk could do with charm lessons, as on a good day they were only a bit moody. A lot of people walking round in tracksuits as if they are in a Guy Ritchie film. The food is a buffet and get what you can . It was ok although some of the puddings were very good. My biggest complaint really is the staff messed our booking up and tried to throw us out until we proved it was their mistake. We got no apologies though. In fact they seemed to be more upset with us for being right. For the last night it was scowl city from reception and colder than Siberia when speaking to them .So the spa / treatments great . The Guy Ritchie hotel movie set no so great.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, and I would not return or suggest it to anyone. The attitude of the receptionist was unacceptable. Other guests complained that we were sitting at a lobby table, even though we had already finished our drinks some time earlier and had ordered more. Shortly after, a receptionist approached us, looking for reasons to reprimand us. She did not introduce herself, nor did she behave politely or professionally. Instead, she pointed out that we had placed our feet on a chair and told us that slippers were not allowed in the restaurant of a SPA hotel. At the same time, the other group—who had complained about us—were sitting with their feet up on the sofa, wearing shoes, and even brought their own bottle of whiskey from the room. The manner in which the receptionist spoke to us was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and inappropriate. Additionally, on one of the days of our stay, the outdoor thermal pool was not functioning, and the water was cold, making it unusable. The hotel is, in my opinion, highly overrated, with prices that do not reflect the level of service. The food selection is very limited, and the overall standard is below acceptable.

By and large, a good experience. The food is amazing, organic fruit and veg, grown at the hotel’s own garden, superb quality and taste. An issue with our dinner on day 1 (a small stone in the salad!) resulted in profuse apology from the restaurant manager and a complimentary lunch on day 2 - we were happy with this response. The room was spacious and airy, the duvets and pillows offered a great night sleep and, very importantly, it was quiet - bar the children in the swimming pools but we could live with that. Swimming pools - lovely warm mineral water, however, it was spoilt by the few smokers around the outdoors pool. We then moved to the indoors swimming pool, which did not feel right. Why should the lack of consideration of one or two people make us change our plans? Hot Springs Medical and SPA - enter the 21st century and finally ban smoking throughout! Highly recommend the Spa and Medical Centre - I had one of the best whole body massages. The staff are highly qualified and knowledgeable. One of us had booked a facial and we were told the day before the appointment that the massage therapist was unwell, would we want to change the appointment for the day after, presumably with the same therapist. We felt this should be managed better - for example, have a replacement therapist available to cover in such cases without the customer being made privy to any such issues.

Our traveling group consisted of two parents, a two year old, and a grandparent. The hotel is warm. The rooms are clean. The food is varied and for the most part their own production. The spa and medical center are at a very good level. As it is a very frequented hotel you have to take into account the occupancy of the pool. As the water is mineral and this implies a limited stay in it, you should have no difficulty.

The option for this hotel for our vacation was a disaster. I had been here before and was excited to return, but it was a huge regret. Do not come to this hotel during a holiday. The price does not match the experience, and you will be frustrated. We paid for five nights over New Year's weekend and were forced to pay an additional of 5 times their regular daily rate JUST for their New Year's Eve party. However, they couldn’t find a table for us at the event, so we missed it entirely. No food was served, and by 11:20 p.m., my kids were crying. When they finally brought the first course, it was cold and unappetizing, and no one could eat. €1,000 for no party, no food, and unhappy kids. I spoke to the restaurant manager, who admitted the hotel should do something, but nothing was done. The hot springs were overcrowded, with dozens of kids running around the pool while lifeguards ignored their duties, staring at their phones. I even witnessed a child slip and scream, but the lifeguards didn’t react. I took pictures of their negligence and shared them with reception. Do not let your kids use this pool unsupervised, even if they can swim. Every year, hundreds of kids die at hotel pools because of the lack of responsible lifeguards. If a fatality happens at this pool, it is the hotel management fault, as he got informed. The lifeguards only seemed to work when closing the pool, often switching off lights 20 minutes early. Worst of all, the hotel manager avoided me for four days despite being informed of my complaints. The restaurant manager told me he was very aware of the issue and didn't know why he didn't come to me. I remained calm and polite during 4 days, but no resolution was offered. On my last day, I gave up trying.

Our room wasn’t ready upon arrival and when we finally got in, there was dust everywhere. Pools were nice and well maintained but it gets very crowded with lots of kids running around so it’s hard to relax. The buffet area is very small and it gets super busy and cramped during meal times. Food could be better for what they advertise online. There’s not even a water fountain at dinner time as they charge for drinks. Restaurant staff not very attentive also. This hotel definitely needs improvement, and honestly I don’t think I’d be back.

Great SPA hotel and yet a few changes since the last time I visited can now be perceived. Food quality seems to have somewhat deteriorated, and service used to be better; however, what has led me to write a comment is a concern about kids' safety. For several days now, I have seen children wandering unsupervised in areas where they should always be accompanied. A little girl's arm got stuck today in a playing device in the game room while trying to reach out for a ball she was not supposed to try retrieving from the machine. I raised the issue with the staff to be thanked for the feedback and was told there were cameras, kids should be accompanied, and they could do nothing. The point is that access to different areas is supposedly controlled. Had the area in question been locked as it should be, kids could access it only when accompanied.
