Given Banja Luka is still way off the tourist radar, the town doesn't have a lot of luxury/comfort stays. So, the Courtyard is a welcome break from the monotonous and bland options you had before they arrived. Basic luxury, Spartan design and super clean. LOCATION: Good location close to all key points of interest DINE + DRINK: Rooftop bar that is more open only to private functions. But the Lobby bar is quite stylish and great for a chilled-out dinner and drinks ROOM: I stayed in Room 907, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Sweet view of the city skyline, including the iconic cathedral; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good spa quality cosmetics by NIRAVE brand. FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made me feel at home and well taken care of. Special Shout out to NINA at the front desk for a good welcome experience HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Medium-speed Wi-Fi(around 20 Mbps) that works well all over the property. Molto deludente nonostsante le recensioni. Intanto le stanze sono su 3 piani senza ascensore. Le camere piccolissime, tanto che non ci sono spazi per appoggiare le valige. Comodini senza luce e ancor peggio fili della 220V scoperti (Vedete foto che documentano quanto detto). Colazione tutt'altro che eccezionale: qualche affettato, uova strapazzate, salsicce e neanche un dolce. Decisamente sconsigliato. Unica nota positiva la doccia. Inoltre, cosa inconsueta e seccante, i receptionist hanno voluto trattenere ”in ostaggio” i documenti per tutta la durata del soggiorno senza restituirli dopo la registrazione.

très bon hôtel . déco top. literie et insonorisation très bien. très propre et personnel sympa. ils sont venus nous chercher à l aéroport pour 10 euros. vous pouvez payer en euro. grand parking . attention l hôtel est proche d une grande route mais cela ne nous a pas gêné du tout. nous avons mangé au soir au resto qui est géré aussi par l hôtel, malgré l heure (21:00). 2 grosses pizza, Martini et bières 17 euros . très copieux. le petit déj du matin n est pas sous forme de buffet mais tout était très bien également. omelettes et crêpes nutella. rien à reprocher à cet hôtel. vu le prix c est un excellent choix !
