Itu adalah kekecewaan terbesar kami kerana kami memilih untuk menginap di hotel ini. Satu-satunya kawasan yang kelihatan bagus adalah kawasan lobi. Lif kelihatan rosak. Kertas dinding dikupas keluar. Ketika kami sampai di lantai kami, pintu masuk blok itu terdapat sampah di mana-mana. Kemudian kami diberi sebuah ruangan yang berdebu dan berbau apak. TV tidak berfungsi. Sprei mempunyai noda kotor. Malah hotel bajet ini mempunyai telefon di bilik dan WiFi. Tetapi resort ini tidak mempunyai satu. Oleh itu, saya berjalan ke belakang untuk mengadu di Meja Depan. Beruntung juruteknik itu datang dan cuba membetulkan tv tetapi gagal. Oleh itu, saya bertanya adakah kami boleh menukar ruang, dia memang membantu. Tetapi kisahnya tidak berakhir di sana. Berfikir sekarang keadaan akan menjadi lebih baik, kami bergerak. Keadaan bilik jauh lebih baik tetapi kali ini, keadaan udara tidak menghasilkan udara sejuk. Nasib baik kami mempunyai kipas yang berfungsi. Semasa tempoh mandi, saliran tidak berfungsi, yang mula banjir. Jacuzzi berfungsi tetapi menghasilkan barang atau noda kotor yang baru selepas mandi kita sedar !! Keesokan harinya, sarapan disajikan di kawasan luar yang ditutupi lalat dan sangat menjijikkan untuk makan di sana. Kami tidak dapat minum kopi dan teh dengan tenang. Semasa kami bercakap dengan Penyelia yang bertugas, dia berkata seperti di sini, mungkin kami dapat mengisi borang aduan yang terdapat di Meja Depan !! Itu sahaja yang kami dapat untuk berkongsi maklum balas kami ?! Pengering rambut tidak berfungsi, saya pergi ke Meja Depan untuk bertanya sama ada mereka boleh menyediakan pengering rambut yang lain, jawapan yang saya terima ”adakah anda menggunakan apa yang anda miliki di bilik anda”! Bagaimana kita boleh menggunakan Pengering Rambut yang manja? !! Saya terpaksa mencari lagi dan hanya selepas itu disediakan. Secara keseluruhannya perkhidmatannya sungguh menyedihkan! Persekitaran memerlukan pembaikan besar! Dan pihak berkuasa perlu melihat kebersihan makanan !! Ia adalah HOTEL PALING BEKERJA YANG SAYA TINGGAL !!
