The room was spotless and tidy, and they even provided a descaling and sterilizing packet for the kettle, which was a thoughtful touch and made me feel at ease using it. Every staff member I encountered was professional and enthusiastic, efficiently meeting guests' needs. The hotel has ample parking with EV charging stations, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. It's also easy to find shopping and dining nearby. Highly recommended!

For the amount they charge, this is the best deal.  They have just about everything you expect for a hotel room, nonsmoking, large bedroom, refrigerator, standard bathroom, clean linen.  The hotel is a little old but used to be a four star hotel.  This hotel has the best location, it’s next to 万博， 时代， 奥特莱斯，and numerous food places.  Highly recommended.

Overall is good, spacious, value for money, a bit old, water pressure a bit low, maybe our room at top floors. Good for couples looking for a peaceful stay.

The location is very good, just in the center of the city. The hotel is rather old, but the service is very good.

Very good location to look around the city. This is heart of the city and the service was wonderful. I recommend to all choose this hotel for holiday or official trip in Baoding. This will be very nice experience.

The location is very good. Close to shopping centres. The night view from our window is spectacular. Definitely will stay in the future again.

Location of this hotel is convenient near big malls and in the evening the ambience is vibrant and exciting. The decor is old-fashioned but well-maintained. The staff us very helpful and friendly. I stayed on the 23th floor with amazing view of a park. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. In the afternoon, there was a snack and fruit treat in the room.

Very nice location, directly in the city center. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Fresh and delicious Chinese breakfast. Big room with a great view over the city. We got an upgrade for a bigger room. Furniture in the rooms a bit old, but everything was clean.

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple of shopping centers and have drinks. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baoding!

Based on the 4.8 reviews, this is a 4-star hotel. The surrounding shopping malls are also quite accessible. However, the facilities are quite old. The toilet is so low and the bathtub is so dirty I couldn't even step on it. The cleanliness of the room was okay; the sheets and sofa looked clean. The casual buffet afternoon tea: some damp rice crust. Turndown privilege: None. One point can be redeemed for fruit: one banana, two small fruits.
