可以做接待，有會議中心，屋內的設施還算是挺齊全的，有電視，蚊香片，吹風機等等，電話衹是有個電話機沒有安裝，似乎沒有電話線接口。
衞生：
房間很乾凈，地面沒有垃圾，衞生間枱麪乾淨，床頭桌也沒有污漬。
環境：
酒店建築挺漂亮的，唯一的不足就是，沒有充電樁！這麼大的酒店沒有充電樁......底下的農家樂沒有充電樁就沒有了，這麼氣派的酒店也沒有，有點不可思議，難道全是開油車來的嗎？顯然不是。
服務：
服務態度這塊，我們房間少一條毛巾，我們和前台説了一下，前台就送上來了，但我們內部沒有溝通好，接毛巾的人沒要，以為我們沒要呢，但態度還是挺不錯的。
有個吐槽的點：
除了沒有充電樁，這個隨房的早餐也太次了吧，什麼都沒有，就是棒渣粥，連個牛奶都沒有，簡單幾個小菜，有個炸饅頭片，有個炒飯，有個雞蛋，有個饅頭，就完了，這明顯和這麼大的酒店是不匹配的，看來就是一個人10元的標準...

#好評#對位置，梳洗用品，酒店氣味，房內採光，床品舒適度滿意；来之前看到什么卫生不好服务不好的，来了后感觉特别好啊，管家很热情，店员也很好，有要求提出来都给解决。酒店一房一特色，很有意思的民宿，花园里的石雕，地上的石敢当都是老房子收集来的。酒店在悬崖上，景色也没的说。早上视野好，三楼吃早餐的地方俯瞰峡谷，远望狼牙，美得很。阿姨做的农家菜也好吃！

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding.
The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in.
We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend.
We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite.
”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”.
This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it.
Living Room:
A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space.
Bedroom:
The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding.
Bathroom:
As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub.
We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite.
Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor.
”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”.
Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless.
The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay.
Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service.
As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests.
We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here.
Upon our next visit to Baoding, we will surely only return to the Zhongyin Hotel.

BBig FheezohI'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂
I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!

WWilliamThe hotel is great. It's just a little far from downtown. I don't know Baoding, so it was too far from the city centre for me. The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. No English available, but that was no surprise. The staff were very friendly though. They helped as much as they could given the language difficulties. A very nice hotel overall. I didn't get the chance to check the hotel facilities, but my room was great. If you are travelling, most places close reasonably early. So if you are looking for something to eat later than 8 o'clock, it will be a mission. Enjoy your stay.

QQueenNatWooWe had a great time at the Holiday Inn Baoding. We arrived late in the evening. You know it’s a great trip when you have so much fun you forget to take photos. Checkin was a smooth process, there was a market store were you can get gifts, Lana is, drinks. Toiletries and etc. We received a free car wash that we used when we checked-out. It’s located on the property. The hot springs is located in another building that was a quick walk. This place is adult and kid friendly. Although you are in the middle of nowhere the city is just a quick drive. We did a little shopping at the shoe store. The room was comfortable and spacious. It’s great for families, our 13yr old son loved it.

BBig FheezohThis hotel has the most courteous, helpful, attentive and highly efficient front desk staff, manager and cleaning staff among all the different hotels I've stayed in China. The manager, a young guy, and the front desk ladies went overboard in making my stay pleasant and helping me resolve an early check out issue due to an unforeseen travel plan change. I am most gratified and pleased. The rooms are clean, the rates are extremely reasonable, the location is very convenient 2 minute walk to restaurants and grocery shopping. Simply my best hotel stay in China!

Wwander_sayoniMy preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!

PPangxiongge2022房間衞生乾淨，房間大，床上睡着特別舒適，我住了好久幾天了，本來也是續房了還要接着住，但是今天臨時有事，住不了，我一看訂單核銷了，就打前台電話，前台服務員告訴我兩點前都可以退，然後等我快到兩點了去前台辦理，給我辦理的小姑娘服務態度很好，前台有三個人，有一個説話特別兇，對給我辦理退房那個服務員態度很差，很兇的説話，他説退不了，網上15分鐘以後就退不了了，那誰還沒有點事，本來是想全五星，就沖他這態度，你就算是領導也不能這樣對自己員工，況且客人還在他身邊辦理，我説我明天回來還會住，然後辦理小姑娘説那你把明天訂單訂了吧，一會好交差，為了不難為他我有訂了明天的房間.這麼大酒店，還能這樣做，人家別人家你訂了，晚上六點之前都可以退款，你家為啥不行，怕沒有人住啊，你家酒店真的不差，我住了三天，今天還是想住的，況且11樓洗澡都不用花錢
