This hotel is n a remote place in a rain forest like area. It has a larger number of pavilions with 4 apartments each spread out over a larger area (see first photo). If you do not like to walk, you can always call a cart to take you from the lobby or restaurant to your hotel room. The staff is very friendly, the room and facilities are perfectly clean. The hotel has nice pool areas (see second photo) and hot springs. All in all it is a very nice place with a calm and relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely go there again if we would have the chance.

Very beautiful and huge property. We had a villa with private hot spring which was an amazing experience for New Years Eve. Breakfast quite Chinese but very nice noodles. The whole place is vast and partly looks a bit old, but clean enough and the room was clean. At the breakfast restaurant they had some renovations going on. Service was a bit limited by lack of staff due to current covid outbreak but the staff on duty were working tirelessly to make up for the lack of people.

人間仙境👍在路上時周圍環境還讓我有些猶豫，感覺就要進村了。一進酒店突然眼前一亮，哇，真是別有洞天。寬敞豪華的房間、舒適的私湯泡池、泡池、各種智能設施👍還有典雅的庭院、無邊泳池，專屬的電梯，豐富的早餐，無微不至的管家服務，讓我入住的體驗感很棒👍🏻爭取嫻靜雅緻。希望下次有時間在這裏多住幾天😊

The hotel is right in the city center. Good location. Breakfast choice is so so. Beautiful view from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that confused us was that the receptionist said we only have one breakfast and we need to add extra 58 (absolutely not worth it). Which, in my opinion, doesn't make any sense, why would you provide only one breakfast for the room for 2 guests. P.S. in the photo you can see the view from the balcony.

優點：温泉還不錯，早餐尚可，交通還可以缺點：衞生一般，電話壞的，風扇壞的，門壞的，服務幾乎沒有，電梯期間還出現故障上不了樓層，反反覆覆多次才能上樓，假期漲了不少，對了衹有親子配洗漱用品，所以在別的房間打電話要的時候會告訴你沒有小童洗漱用品，當你告訴他親子房有的時候才會發不太情願的説送，在前台要礦泉水也説沒有但是好在另一個女生服務還可以幫忙拿了，要不是體量服務行業也比較難，説實話你懂的

寒假期間帶爸媽和娃住了一晚上，私湯很好，雖然在室內，但屋子面積很大，也不會影響住宿，私湯的私密性也很好，自己泡也很乾凈～室外温泉有點小，衹有一小片，不過小魚温泉裏的魚挺多的，會不停的啄人，早餐也還不錯，以後有機會會繼續來

説説我此次的入住感受吧，首先是環境不錯，停車場夠大，還有充電樁、其次酒店前台的服務真的是很熱情有問必答、一個精品酒店能做到這麼好的服務，很難得啦！為他們點贊還幫我做了房間升級，客房啊姐衞生做的也是很細緻，我也是做過酒店行業的，覺得吧，這家酒店的性價比很高，早餐也是非常不錯的，以後還是會入住的，也祝店家生意興隆！

入住保亭維也納，房間乾淨整潔，風景能直看七仙嶺。床品舒適，可能旅行也比較累，秒睡。樓下慢充樁可以充電，也可以停車。大廳有淡淡香味，令人愉悦。早餐味道不錯，省去早市很多店不開門的麻煩。性價比不錯，推薦。

For the relatively low price compared to other resorts in the area, I wasn't bothered that the facilities were dated. The resort is located a mere 3km from Qixianling National Park, the jungle and river view directly outside my balcony was gorgeous, and the receptionists offered incredible service. Although they spoke limited English, the ladies at the front desk went out of their way to assist me...from booking my car transfer to Sanya airport at a fraction of the cost compared to DiDi to allowing me to eat the complimentary breakfast before leaving, even though it before breakfast was open for guests. A special thank you to Malai for a wonderful stay.

Nice, older property with beautiful views of Wuzhishan. Food at the Chinese restaurant is decent and service throughout the hotel was friendly. Convenient parking and nice property to walk around. Bathroom amenities are not so great though. Soap smells not so nice. Recommend bringing your own.
