Hotel Manaus dengan Bar

Great boutique hotel situated in a lovely part of Manaus with historical sights right near the opera house. Air conditioning was amazing also airconditioned lobby and lifts. Would highly recommend this hotel with extrememly helpful and friendly staff

Perkhidmatan yang hebat. Hotel yang terletak dengan baik. Tiada minuman untuk dipilih di dalam peti sejuk, tetapi yang lain adalah hebat! !

We had a truly wonderful stay at Tryp by Wyndham, Manaus. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warmth of the staff made us feel very welcome. A special mention goes to F&B Manager Sidvan, who went above and beyond to ensure I had delicious vegetarian options throughout my stay. His kindness and attention made dining such a pleasant experience. At the front desk, Mr. Tharlison deserves our deepest gratitude. We were struggling to purchase luggage for our airline booking due to the Portuguese-only system, and he spent hours patiently assisting us until everything was sorted. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed us. We also greatly appreciated Mr. Daniel, who was consistently kind and hospitable, as well as the entire front desk team, who were always cheerful, welcoming, and ready to assist. All these thoughtful gestures and genuine care made our holiday in Manaus extra special. Thank you, Tryp Manaus, for such an exceptional experience—we would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

可能是當地經濟發展的問題，已經是當地最好的酒店了，但是整體跟國內維也納比都還弱一點的感覺。在主幹道邊上，治安不錯。 因為行程變更雖然攜程有標註不能退款，而且已經入住兩天後了，溝通後酒店還是同意退款。 很加分

O critério de limpeza surpreendeu pelo bom padrão apresentado. Café da manhã muito bom. Meu quarto foi Duplo de Luxo, nesse sentido parece-me que o ”de luxo” é devido ao tamanho de 33m2, pois no geral é um quarto simples, com ”arara” para pendurar as roupas. A parede onde fica instalado o ar condicionado estava com partes descascadas, demandando manutenção, bem como na parte inferior da janela também havia parte da pintura danificada. Sou muito criterioso no padrão limpeza, assim que nesse item o grau de limpeza do apto estava muito bom, porém requer fazer serviço de emassamento e pintura nas áreas das paredes que mencionei acima. Um aspecto que causou surpresa foi o fato de ao chegar no check in, às 13h do dia 13 FEV 24, não haver o serviço de levar as malas para o quarto. Chegamos, eu e esposa, com 5 malas, solicitei apoio para colocá-las no carrinho, mas não tinha esse serviço disponível, sendo-me disponibilizado o ”carrinho” para que eu mesmo carrega-se as malas até o quarto. Achei estranho isso por que é habitual nos hotéis rede Atlântica ter o serviço de maleiro. Solicitei check in antecipado e me foi concedido. No geral a hospedagem no Sleep Inn Manaus foi uma boa surpresa, em especial pelo critério de limpeza e Café da manhã e também pelo bom atendimento prestado pelos colaboradores com quem tive contato desde a recepção até a cozinha. Peço ao gestor do Hotel Sleep Inn Manaus observar os detalhes mencionados na parede do ar condicionado e abaixo da janela (quarto 709). Muito obrigado!

Hotel novo, acomodações limpas, cama confortável. Agradável experiência.

The bed was comfortable Restaurant is special ^ some one plays the piano~ Restaurant a lot of menu^ Fresh Caju and coiaba juice can drink^ I like Donuts 🍩 good^ 🍠 Potato and Tapioca very nice ~

Very nice room, overall clean and comfortable. I don’t understand why there is a kitchen if there is no utensils. I didn’t need it, but fix this for other guests. The water from the pool is not clear, so I didn’t swim. Breakfast is great, WiFi works well, water pressure great, AC perfect. Check-in takes too long, but in Brazil it is like this. I would come back.

Struttura e camera molto particolari e belle in quanto ricavate da un antica casa convento. Pulita e accogliente. Non abbiamo provato la colazione perché abbiamo dovuto lasciare l’hotel la mattina presto. Staff parla solo portoghese  Piscina molto piccola e con acqua sporca  Non dispongono di bar
