Perfect! Wen enjoyed our stay. They even had a complementary cake for our anniversary. Awesome!

We really enjoyed our stay, the view of the lake is stunning, the food were delicious and have a lot of choices. I love the room too it's comfortable and clean. We are planning to go back again this summer. 5/5 overall

Beautiful, charming old hotel with modern facilities. The hotel staff was super, always pleasant and helpful.  The hotel restaurant, “Gio”, was convenient and served excellent meals.  Morning breakfast (not included, but at a reasonable price) was very good too.

I had an early flight the following morning so I chose this hotel because it’s within walking distance from the airport terminal. The room was clean, staff friendly, very convenient to get to the terminal and/or car rental.

Location is great, very close to the harbour, however the noise from the road was quite loud. Mattresses were uncomfortable. There was trash in the waste bin when we arrived and the sink was not clean. The toilet is extremely low to the ground which we found uncomfortable to use. The doors close very loudly and you can hear doors closing in the hallway. Not the best stay, and would not stay there again.

Our family of four really enjoyed staying at the Moxy Halifax. The hotel is fairly new and has a very cool vibe to it. The staff were friendly and service was top notch. We stayed in the room with 4 bunk beds and it came with 4 free drinks at the bar. The beds are spacious enough for my husband and I to share a bed. The amenities provided by the hotel were excellent. They have an amenities cabinet where you help yourself to toothbrushes, toothpastes, body lotion, sanitary pad extra towels etc. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Overnight parking is $25. It’s basement which is good. The sound insulation is just okay, can hear people talking in the hallway while in the room.

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. When we arrived we asked the staff at front desk about car parking and we were told that there was no parking space and we had to go looking for an off street parking ourselves. We had a long time driving and this was the first time to Halifax and everything was new to us. How could we handle this issue? However, the staff seemed it was not a big issue and even not willing to give any more details about off street parking. I couldn't believe this thing happen at such a luxury hotel. We really don't recommend this hotel and will never come back again. 我们在这家酒店的经历很糟糕。当到达办理入住时，我们问了前台的接待人员关于停车的问题，我们被告知停车位不够，我们需要自己去找一个街边的停车位。我们当天开了很长时间的车已经非常疲劳，而且这是我们第一次来哈利法克斯，完全不熟悉这里的一切。我们该如何处理这个问题?然而，工作人员似乎并不觉得这是个什么大不了问题，没有表达半分的抱歉，甚至不愿意多解释一下关于路边停车的细节。我们住过很多不同的酒店，从来没遇到过这种事，我不敢相信这种事会发生在这么一个豪华酒店。Halifax有那么多品牌酒店，我为什么要订你家，是图你家便宜吗？我们真的不推荐这家酒店，以后再也不会来了。

Got a good checked in and request amenities service is good. Staying for 5 days with my whole family. On the third day our bathroom flooded I don’t know what happened. They transfer as to a queen bed and a couch. Just accepted it as I do t want to deal with the incident overnight. Fully understand if no rooms available to accommodate us. But they did attended to our needs so far. But pretty much over all stay it was a ok. The hotel seems old but maybe preserving the looks of the hotel. Needs some upgrading.
