工作人員服務熱情，環境舒適温馨，地理位置也不錯，主要是配套設施，太久沒住酒店了現在都是智能客控系統了，通過語音就能控制燈光電視還有空調，不用特意去找開關了，很方便，酒店還配有自助洗衣房，健身房，主要是有自己的車場，解決了停車難的問題，衞生做的也很棒，性價比很高，種草了下次過來還來藍鯨！滿分鼓勵加油！

XXiongmaoxiaopang90第一次自駕去霸州 看點評不錯 就定了兩晚這家酒店 首先酒店停車場很大 除了門口可以停 後面還有一個停車場很大 有充電樁 停車免費 酒店早餐是中西式結合的 麪包牛奶 咖啡 炒菜 餛飩麪條都有 酒店的缺點就是排風系統差一些 吃完早餐有油煙味兒 樓上住宿比較乾淨而且安靜 樓層服務員比較熱情 有求必應必須點贊 全屋智能 設施比較全 洗衣房 健身房均有 午晚餐可以電話預訂 直接送到房間 菜量足 味道很好 價格實惠 缺點還是排風系統差一些 附近有個制板廠 無風的情況下 有點味道 離景點都比較遠 離高速和高鐵站不太遠

PPengguna Tetamu房間乾淨哦，第一次發現衞生間裏會有掛衣服的地方，這些是亮點哈。
早餐還算不錯，乾淨嘛。
客服態度很好，當時入住時沒注意，挨着電梯間，很難入睡，半夜11點了，給前台電話説明原因，馬上讓機器人送鑰匙給我們，實在感動,,Ծ^Ծ,,。

TTangyuxiaonazha本來不是這周計劃之內要去的酒店，可奈何本來預訂的酒店實在太差勁了，要衞生沒衞生，要服務沒服務，要設施沒設施，要啥沒啥……這家的温泉正在裝修，還想着回頭裝修完再來，臨時改到這兒衹能泡泡房間裏的私湯，其實整體也勉勉強強，但也比原本要去的那家強太多了，起碼這兒看着像個正經酒店……大週末的也沒啥客人，温泉不開失去了不少客流，早餐也得按位，沒有自助……服務也一樣不評價了，我總覺得這種地界兒有法律不幹架就算服務不錯了……

PPengguna TetamuThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.
