房間很大，設施和床品很新，還送水果，服務態度也很好。但不知道為什麼空調開不了暖氣，原來是製冷模式，晚上挺冷就換成制熱模式，就只有風扇吹風，房間不暖，小朋友都挨冷咳嗽了。小童樂園的水是冷的，辦理入住時，問了服務員，説是温泉水，孩子晚飯都沒吃迫不期待的要去玩，結果到裏面伸腳進去才知道是冷水，他很不開心，説酒店怎麼騙人的。後來衹好帶他到大人池子一起玩，也蠻開心的。早餐很豐盛，孩子吃的飽飽的。
