Stayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again.

Can spend the whole day just taking part in activities - breakfast is fantastic, in terms of taste and variety, especially the usage of local hsinchu food - Room big, comfortable and with nice decor - international power socket - baby shampoo, soap and lotion provided - eco friendly (toilet amenities such as tooth brush, paste) only provided upon request - indoor swimming pool - sauna Negatives - location not the best (next to a lake but not near the city centre or other amenities. Only a convenience store at the outside of the hotel) - sound insulation not perfect. Maybe just my room. Room facing the road, can hear the sound of traffic.

EEric Shen TWA time honoured hotel got a new “face” by cultural creative designing. The rooms and the parking lot still express their old ages but good maintenance shall be credited. It seems there are many exchanging staff from abroad, which is good for providing international services. The location is perfect, just right nearby the city hall. Even though the restaurants around this area are plenty, the ones inside Howard are good enough and the cafe on 1st floor is suitable for a family with kids.

ZZeeI arrived 5am and the hotel checking time is 4pm .. where in the world hotel check in time is 4pm .. you can guess from 5 am to 4 pm I have to wait to take shower.. using washroom and take a nap? It’s a 5 star. Hotel wow .. I would recommend plz check ur flight schedule and hotel check in time in Taiwan.. it doesn’t matter you are in 5 star hotel..

SSongFantastic hotel location, nearby is city center and has lots of shops to browse through. The room was clean and comfortable, the space was well utilised. Some improvement on soundproof: inside my room, I can hear the voice of my neighbour talking and the sound of those people ringing other room’s doorbell.

VVibhavExcellent Hotel with courteous helpful staff. Very good location with access to restaurants, shopping and transport. Breakfast menu was good but needs more vegetarian options. Room was large and clean with all required amenities including laundry. Very limited number of plug point in room and this needs to be increased. Stayed for one week and it was an excellent stay. A big thumbs up to the hotel staff who were very responsive and helpful.

HHock SengWhen I arrive the hotel, i was initially ”shock” from the hotel outlook. However from the staff greeting and entering the assigned room, this impression changed, as it eventually turn out to be better than i originally expected. Staff attitude and room cleanliness was good and a decent breakfast provided. Value for money for business stay.

PPengguna Tanpa Namathe location is great because it is in the heart of the city, the room size is decent for a couple. There is no available breakfast, I don't know why? maybe the cause is COVID-19? but the other hotels have it.. BTW service is slow, I call the hotel personnel to refill my water but what happens is.. the refilling done by tomorrow after my second call on them..
