Hotel Jinan dengan Bar

What a wonderful homestay hotel, one of the favourites we have stayed in for a long while. The village is small and charming, very peaceful and relaxing to stay in. You can hear the sounds of the birds all day. One advantage of staying at least a night is you can get up earlier and hike to the top of the pagoda and see the birds. The courtyard hotel is beautiful and run extremely well by a lovely family who provided wonderful hospitality and made some delicious food. I'd certainly recommend staying in this hotel and I hope to return again in the future.

Location is great for visiting Mingshui Ancient town, it's a 5 minute walk to the gate. Room was nice. My only suggestion would be for the reception staff to give better explanations, maybe a 1 page list of instructions in English. The breakfast is in another building and not easy to find. My booking came with free entry into the Ancient town, but I had to ask how this worked (the photo they took of me at reception gave me entry at the Ancient town).

I don't know why didi aps drop me into wrong location,for my first order, near by but not actual location. the local address in trip.com is not accurate . nice hostel. great view, good facilities, friendly boss and staff. the lobby outdoor is very nice

Clean modern hotel, large size room, breakfast reasonable, but all of this is meaningless when the room was like an oven and the air con not only didn’t work, but the cold setting kept automatically jumping back up to 25 degrees and actually warming the room. The main purpose of booking a hotel is somewhere to sleep for the night, and when it is way too hot too sleep, then that is a major drawback!

This hotel’s biggest problem was the room temperature issue. I stayed 3 nights and the room’s average temperature was 24-25 degree Celsius. I escalated to hotel and they explained that they hadn’t turn on air con service which would be available in Jun only. I wondered if they turned on the warmer and they confirmed they didn’t. They advised me to open the windows but indeed it couldn’t help because no support leg to keep the windows were opened. I couldn’t sleep well and hotel didn’t offer further solution. One contradictory observation was the temperature in lobby was super cool and their staff had to wear thick outfit. Honesyly. It was a terrible experience. Staff even told me that hotels in Shandong city were almost having the same arrangement. However, when we changed to another hotel, we found that other hotel did turn on air con for customers in rooms. Anyway, please don’t visit this hotel before Jun.😭

Reception service is reasonably good, fast check-in, staff are friendly but speaks very basic English, hood enough by China standards. Stayed in the same hotel during opening a year ago, the room condition has since deteriorated but kept decently clean by very hardworking housekeeping staff. Hotel does not have any facilities hence nothing to comment. I stayed for 9 days this time round and the breakfast menu hardly changed throughout, bored with the same offerings after 2 days. Restaurant is very short staffed, with the same lady manning the noodle station & eggs station is also clearing tables. Only 1 staff handling the entire restaurant at most time. Perhaps due to competitive pricing offered, expect to encounter some low end guests with very uncultured behavior. Overall, it's a decent stay and good value for money.

One of my favourite hotels in China in an incredible city! It fits beautifully into the ancient city atmosphere and is close to many good things. The staff are very friendly too and welcoming for foreigners! An amazing hotel, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Jinan!

Stayed for 3 nights, location is very convenient, right next to the subway station. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast from 7am to 10am foods was ok, but some items were limited and not refilled, and no coffee provided. This hotel only has one lift, smoking are allowed in the lift made it very bad odour , too many deliveryman using this lift delivering food to the rooms, making the hotel no privacy, the room cleaning lady was very helpful and friendly. On the 3rd night at 1. 40am , all the lights in the room suddenly turned on, waking us up from sleeping , what an interesting experience for the stayed

房間很乾凈，因為有浴缸才特意定的這個客棧，其他客棧、酒店都沒有浴缸，很不理解。浴缸臨床，小朋友玩水泡完澡擦乾直接上床。挨着明水大街，以為會很吵，其實還好，晚上泉秀結束後基本就沒什麼人了，安安靜靜的，晚上是開窗睡的，早上6點左右有清掃車的聲音，把窗户關上就沒事了。送了2張泉秀VIP票，早酒集每人30塊，離早酒集和泉秀都很近，幾分鐘就到了，晚上看泉秀，早上吃早酒集，早酒集邊上就有小朋友戲水的池子，玩完直接回客棧換衣服，非常方便。 另外住古城內客棧最讚的點就是早上6點左右，睡醒了獨自在古城裡轉了一大圈，真的休閑，也沒人，因為9點開園，獨享古城安靜的早晨。 唯一一點需要吐槽，就是浴缸的噴頭出水量非常小，説不好聽的就和小孩尿尿流一樣，估計放滿要2小時了，我是正好帶了個大號燒水壺，從浴室接熱水直接倒浴缸裏，來來回回好幾趟，也算泡上澡了。

I didn’t speak chinese, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend engaging with the hostel activities as they are a lot of fun and you meet a lot of different people.
