房間打掃的很乾凈，前台服務也很熱心，朋友們也一起玩的很開心，店家還給提供了燒烤爐，很讚的一次週末之旅。值得一提的是，入住前，入住時一直在麻煩管家，沒想到最後還遺忘了東西在民宿，管家小姐姐一趟趟的幫忙去找。真的是很感謝，幫忙找回了物品。為民宿的服務點贊，有機會還會再來體驗！

晚上六點到站大年初二，酒店安排人員接站 這是相遇美好的開始，好感+1 不到十分鐘的車程，就踏入酒店大堂，泰山石雕與暖金色燈光的碰撞瞬間，撫平我的旅途疲憊，早知道從温州出發，經過南京，換乘之後到泰安，着實不易，這躺一個人的旅行。到了酒店，他們早早預備了歡迎水果和電動按摩床墊，消解一二。好感+2 特別表揚禮賓部特別預備了房型升級服務。一是因為8樓9樓行政房入住不高，二是提早的溝通，這一點好感＋3 落入客房，全景落地窗將巍峨泰山框成動態水墨畫，夜雖黑，温德姆的莊園夜景甚好。大年初三的夜裡煙花一直都在綻放，美中不足，酒店設計之初的隔音效果沒有達標。入睡甚好的我，後來常常被煙花聲“搖醒”。敗好感了。 我補了一覺，在9點去健身房和泳池去了一趟。整個環境室温還是很滿意的，户外零下幾度。室內體感温度不錯。泳池的水温不夠，建議加點温度，我半個小時下來偏冷。敗好感＋2 泳池旁有個泡澡區，這其它温德姆不具備。是加分項。需要多多的維護。有些按鍵失效，建議加強維護。游完泳去洗漱發現，衹有洗髮水沐浴露，但是沒有護手霜和定型啫喱，這一點下次來期待有改進。敗好感＋3 全日餐早餐還是很不錯的，玲琅滿目，我覺得值得＋50元。魯菜精髓與西式餐品，應有盡有。 特別還有一點要表揚前台，可以允許延遲到下午2點延遲退房，行李寄存退房第二天可以來取，這是基操勿六的五星級酒店基本服務。 離店時讓我寫好評，我很想，但是很抱歉，即便是今天登泰山，觀日出很順利的我，衹能將真實的住房體驗給到所有網友。期待再一次過來，你們能當之無愧五星級酒店。若説還有遺憾，便是未能在行政走廊多品幾盞茶（24年開業的酒店，還沒開通行政酒廊，What a pity），且待下次登岱歸來，再續這份雲端詩意。

在泰安出差，昨天徒步攀登了泰山，下來到酒店都十點多了 在網上選擇了這家店 説一下三點令人最不舒服得感受，一天住三百天酒店很少有遇到了，在選定酒店時都是選擇綜合性價比高得 一，攜程金鑽會員明確不需要按金，酒店要收取60元按金，而且是通過**訂單得形式付款，酒店是想客人幫着刷訂單嗎？工作人員明確告知第二天會用私人微信退回，退房時間為12點，超一分鐘5分鐘都要扣除20元 二，衞生其它方面沒有什麼問題，陽台上沙發那麼明顯得地方沙發得角落居然還有破襪子，不知道是上一個客人得還是誰的，如果不是實在爬山腿痛得走不了了，真想直接退房，這誰能接受…… 三，退房時，時間超了7分鐘，工作人員居然讓我必須要補超時費……作為一個資深入住人簡直聞所未聞，這好像跟多少錢沒有關係，服務態度令人記憶尤新 衞生問題我會上傳當時所拍攝視頻為證 綜合來説這家店在打折時入住綜合性價比還是比較高得。洗衣機不帶烘乾功能，漲價時不建議選擇，提供給大家參考，謝謝

很滿意的入住體驗!!!我是過來玩的，想訂一家離泰山比較近的酒店，刷了其他店的評論，衞生或者其他方面都有問題，於是選擇了這家。兩百多的價格，性價比特別高!酒店很正規，環境明亮，從進門大廳開始體驗感就很好了，前台小姐姐們回答和解決問題都很耐心，會給出很好的解決方案，比如過來爬山，行李的寄存和退房問題。主要是衞生這塊太讚了，旅遊了很多次，而且還有接送站服務，周邊環境也超級棒，這家店給我的體驗感特別棒，細節感也是。登山後第一天就續住了，是一家以後再來酒店

If you want to stay at Taian Mountain 태산 area, I like to recommend this great hotel. Particularlyhotel managers Mr. Fred xu and Mr. Charles zhai's excellent customerservice is unforgettable. When you visit ghus hotel call them than you know the reason. Their customer service is precisely perfect and endless kindness. Hotel has excellent quality accommodation including bed and pillows comfortable and clean floor and full equipped bathroom. Much higher equipped than other 5 star hotel. I will stay again definitely. Do not miss best unique breakfast !

仙女/老鐵們閉眼沖！！！ Highly recommended！！！ 服務：説幾個細節。還沒到酒店，就有酒店的客房服務小哥和我確認有沒有對房間一些要求，還免費幫我升級了房型，這是其1。其2，入住酒店，酒店前台的兩個工作人員特別熱情（後來聽她們對話，才知道她們一個姓趙一個姓張），她們其中的一個還幫我拿重重的行李到8樓！！！後來還給我送甜甜的歡迎水果！其3，這次是來泰安爬泰山的，另一個前台女生還和我事無鉅細的分享爬泰山的一些建議和心得，特別熱情，一個人出行的我都覺得滿滿的安全感！其4，在酒店晚上點外賣，外賣小哥直接給我送到隔壁的外賣櫃去了。那時候已經11點多，聯繫前台，是個女生，後來才知道她姓李，二話沒説，直接跑去給我拿外賣，作為男生的我都要被感動了。其5，送餐小哥也很細心，我在酒店住了兩天，他竟然記得我第一天的要求！還有最後一點，酒店還提供洗衣烘乾服務，負責任的大姐，大晚上的11點多幫我取了兩次需要洗烘的衣服！ 總結：這次訂的衹是200元不到的客房，卻感受到了超五星的服務，好酒店好服務是需要認可和鼓勵的，強烈推薦！
