Hotel Taoyuan dengan Bar

This was a great hotel to stay at before my flight the next morning! First, it is right on the express MRT line, so it’s less than 30 minutes to the airport with frequent trains coming by. Second, it’s connected to the MRT station and the Global shopping mall, so you don’t even need to go outside. You can just exit the station directly into the mall, and the door to the hotel is right there, 1 minute from the station! And then, you can find restaurants in the mall, so it’s convenient. The hotel breakfast is amazing with so many choices of different foods and good coffee. The room was very comfortable, quiet, non-smoking, clean, and spacious. This is simply a great hotel, and I highly recommend it!

1. 下大雨，因為門口在辦婚禮，全停滿車，所以要住宿的也沒法從門口下行李或上行李。 2. 下行李後Check-in完，門房說請自己搬行李，抱歉人手不足，麻煩委屈一下。不知道為何帶家人去飯店渡假，還需要因為飯店人手不足委屈? 3. 房間內保險箱壞了，通知房務，來修理後就說壞了需要報修....(後面就沒有了...) 4. 大部分的DIY活動都因為疫情取消，其中一個是什麼氣球的，也挺陽春的。 5. 所有服務都不太到位，只有在am10:50通知Check-out打電話這件事做的很確實。 6. 房間隔音差，旁邊房間小孩玩鬧到晚上10點多，都還聽的一清二楚....

Location is very sensible, especially if you are doing a transit in Tao Yuan airport. It took us about 20 minutes to get there.  It was very late when we arrived but you have access to 2 supermarkets, which is very convenient.  The room was very spacious where we got two double beds for family of four.

It was hard to get in the hotel at midnight. You need to push hard to move the “blocks” to get in. Although the hotel seems quite old, the room was spacious and it takes around 15 minutes walk to the metro station. Despite the check in experience was not pleasant, the staff in the other morning were friendly and supportive.

An Excellent Marriott property, close to the Airport. They even have a free shuttle to pick you up and drop you off at the Airport. Delicious and very diverse Breakfast Buffet and in the Club Lounge. Very courteous and efficient service by all the staff.

All the staffs are super friendly, especially toward kids. The hotel is family and kid friendly, got many facilities set up for kids. Unfortunately, my son only turned 11 months old so some facility he was not big enough to use. I understand it might seems a little pricy but overall my family enjoy it. 5 stars all around. If bringing ur kid near outdoor swimming pool remember to put on 防蚊液。

Good hotel with friendly staffs, convenience store(7-11) close to hotel, but there is no subway nearby.

”The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of fresh and healthy plenty choices. We thoroughly enjoyed the food! The staffs were always motivated to help us, staff are all friendly. But on the other side, is the swimming pool, I didn’t enjoy that much because a lot of people there. Pool was not really big . Can’t relax that much children and parents are shouting. But I really enjoyed private hot spring.

很適合家庭旅遊 飯店硬體看得出來很用心規劃 因為是颱風天，人不多 沒有碰到其他網友負評中糟糕的服務狀態 櫃檯先生很認真詳細解說入住須知 3樓泳池的一位大姐姐蠻親切的 小孩受傷了，幫忙包紮還多給我們一個OK繃備用 地下室遊樂場的叔叔們很熱情跟我們說明規則 中菜廳服務人員也很親切 可惜有些菜單上沒有的東西沒有先標示 點菜的時候的確出現網友負評中的 點這個說沒有、點那個也說沒有 以五星級度假飯店來說 整體的確少了親切還有客戶為尊的軟體細節規劃 例如跟許多渡假飯店不同的是 退房後免費的設施，如泳池三溫暖不能用 自費的遊樂場和公益性質的名人堂才可以 或者三溫暖女生區沒有提供髮圈或浴帽 到了發現沒有有點訝異 路上遇到服務人員大部分不會主動問候 遇到最熱情的是一位看起來像高階主管的白髮先生 所以評論中的「服務人員待培育」應該是事實 雜貨店小姐很有趣，結帳我問有沒有載具 他說：你要先付錢 🤣🤣🤣 我知道我要先付錢，但您可以換個方式回應吧 其實是本質不錯的飯店 希望主事者能加油 加強人員的教育訓練或者軟體細節 來改變負評

This resort consists of a hotel and a golf resort. The rooms were spacious, the climate control was efficient, the rooms were clean and quiet. We had booked accomodation plus breakfast plus dinner. The food was chinese-style, i.e. for children from Europe who prefer western food, it might be difficult to find something they like. The room had a spacious fridge and cupboards. The bathroom was fine and had a japanese-style toilet with heated seat, heated water brush etc. The resort is not in town but outside. There are no nearby shopping facilities or restaurants. One can use the hotel restaurant, I believe almost the whole day. If you come as tourist, I would advise to use Uber or a rental car. The drive to Taoyuan center or airport is about 30-40 min, to Taipei about 40-60 min, depending in the traffic. The staff was not speaking English, but we rapidly solved all questions because they were so nice and helpful. The pool is smaller than shown in the advertising image. A good perspective was used.
