My husband and I had the most amazing time at Joia de Bávaro last week! The resort was absolutely beautiful, the service was top-notch, and every moment felt like paradise. From the delicious food to the peaceful pools and stunning beach views, it was the perfect romantic getaway. We’re already dreaming of going back!

Every single thing from the service to the facilities, to the activities, to the food, to the room and just absolute stunning and sophisticated place. We truly have never been so happy with a hotel as we have been with TRS Turquesa. We cannot wait to go back next year!!! Our butler, Ray, was the absolute best!!!! He took care of every single thing for us every single day we were there. We are still speechless and how wonderful this vacation was. Truly amazing!

The majestic elegance is beautiful!!! Very clean, rooms are very nice. The average rating was because we paid extra for “Elegance club” adult only. This was our 29th anniversary and we wanted it to be kid free. We searched for a hotel that had adult only amenities. When we showed up at the hotel they told us those rooms were sold out in the adult only section. That was disappointing since we paid for that section. We were still able to use the amenities but they were two buildings away. We booked months in advance so that was disappointing. They did give us a voucher for $200.00. To be used towards a $360.00 massage. But we would have loved the room in adult only section instead. The drinks were great! The food average. Entertainment average. The staff-some were great but I would say around 90% don’t even acknowledge you with even a hello. Overall though the place is beautiful! The pools are well maintained and had a great vacation overall.

I had a wonderful experience at Caribe Deluxe Princess. Traveling solo felt easy thanks to the warm and welcoming staff and animation team. A special thank you to Eunice for her kindness and positive energy and Xavier from the animation team for keeping things fun. Also Belkys, who cleaned my room and was incredibly sweet. The resort is beautiful and well maintained, with a great evening atmosphere in the lobby. The buffet was good, and while some items were repetitive, the options were plenty. I also tried the Dominican à la carte restaurant, which I really enjoyed. The beach and the sunrise were absolutely spectacular. Overall, a great stay from start to finish and I would definitely return. Thank you ❤️

Their service starts at the check in. Warm welcomesand big smiles makes you feel immediately safe and at home. Their facility is clean, quiet, and there's this sense of calmness throughout the facility. Their rooms are spacious with modern amenities. And the food, the food blew me away. Real authenticity, flavorful, and various assortments to choose from. I'll definitely be coming back

I recently stayed at the Grand Bavaro Princess Resort in Punta Cana for 4 nights, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing due to a THEFT. After returning home, I discovered that jewelry I had carefully stored inside a pouch within my makeup and skincare bag was missing. These were not items left out in the open — they were placed בתוך my personal belongings, which indicates that someone went through my things. During my stay, my sunglasses also disappeared. At the time, I assumed I had misplaced them and even checked with Lost & Found, but nothing was reported. Given what I discovered later, I now believe those were stolen as well. This situation is very distressing. Beyond the monetary value, the jewelry had sentimental importance as they were gifts. What is most concerning is the lack of security — guests should feel safe leaving their belongings in their room without fear of someone searching through their personal items. I have contacted the hotel and requested an investigation, but I want to make other travelers aware of this experience. I strongly recommend exercising caution if staying at this resort. What an amazing place. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The friendly staff made my check in pleasant. Shout out to señor Francisco from the Mexican restaurant. He and his team were awesome. The food was delicious. The buffet restaurant is packed with goodies. Anything you want you can eat. Justin was super nice. Best waiter ever. The resort is clean, well maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. Overall, had an excellent time. Would definitely recommend.

Ha sido una estancia agradable. El servicio de atencion al cliente por parte del hotel ha sido satisfactoria en general. El todo incluido que ofrece era mejorable bajo mi punto de vista. Y por ese precio podía haber incluido el traslado. Instalaciones mejorables sobre todo el gimnasio que no es apto para ese hotel, se queda muy pequeño e inaccesible, parece un laberinto para poder entrar. Y el spa también se queda en muy pobre y ni siquiera incluido en la oferta del paquete de todo incluido con habitación superior. Cuando en España el 90% esta incluido ambos servicios, traslado y spa. Gran hotel gran cadena, pero mi cara de satisfacción por algunas otras cosas se queda indiferente por ese motivo...La variedad en el buffet de comidas tampoco era demasiada...se compensa con el trato al cliente y el entorno de playas vírgenes. Luego un detalle es la sobrepesadez en cuanto a vendedores ambulantes fuera y dentro del recinto...hasta con los masajes...

Todo bien, desayunos un poco lento el servicio pero por lo demas buen hotel al lado de la playa

Нормально, но не стоит ждать ничего особенного. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Завтраки всего 3 варианта на выбор, один их которых пости всегда отсутствует. Есть свой маленький пляжный клуб с баром при втором отеле на пляже в пешей доступности. Персонал очень медлительный, как впрочем и везде в стране. Перед новогодней ночью попросили утюг, чтобы погладить платье, нам его так и не принесли. А комнате большой шкаф-купе и ни одной вешалки-плечиков. Холодильника нет. Большой балкон, ни одного стула на балконе. Все как-то непродумано
