Everything is clean and tidy, kitchen is huge and there is enough coffee and tea for everyone. Favourite spot is the gym room, there’s even a rack and heavy lifting is possible ;)) Location is quite convenient, very close to transport and there is a Sushi restaurant right next to the hotel which close until 10 pm, recommend for solo travelling or couple ;).. a really nice place.

Fantastic location and a very comfortable hotel. Excellent service. My only complaint was having to pay 25 euros to use the sauna during the day so we didn't - think at the price we paid for the room it should have been included, but otherwise perfect. The breakfast options were unbelievable.

During check-in, the staff were not very friendly. However, there was one Chinese front desk staff member who was extremely friendly and helpful. Before we checked in, we left our luggage at the counter and she patiently guided and explained everything to us. She also offered to help us book a taxi when we were in a rush. Although the room was cleaned daily, the toiletries were not replenished. Items such as shower caps, tissues, and others were not refilled, and even when our tea bags ran out, they were not replaced.

Location, Hotel, room, and breakfast were all quite good. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go to the sauna and to the gym. Our stay was good. Warning : don't use the shoes cleaning polishing machine in the lobby it badly scratched my brand new shoes and the staff didn't give a damn about it.

Clean and new looking. Online check-in and check-out work well. Just be aware that you can online check-in even if your room is not available yet and no one will tell you when it is available — you will have to sit around and go to check the availability from the self-service check-in every once in a while. When I asked staff at the desk, they just said the check-in is at 16 and they don’t know about the availabilities and that I should try the self-service again in half an hour intervals. Breakfast was good, was hoping to find more fresh fruit and common breakfast drinks like orange juice and hot chocolate. The room could’ve had something to place shoes on, especially during winter all the snow just melted directly onto the floorboards.

I recently stayed at Scandic Helsinki Airport and had a really pleasant experience overall. The location was unbeatable — literally a short walk from the airport terminal, which made it perfect for my early morning flight. The room was clean and modern, with comfortable beds that made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day of travel. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout the room, and the stylish design gave the space a cozy, Nordic feel. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of options, and it was a great way to fuel up before heading out or heading to the airport. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. The overall atmosphere felt calm and relaxed, which was perfect between flights If I had one tiny suggestion, it would be that some rooms feel a bit compact — but for an airport hotel that’s typical and didn’t bother me much. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone needing a convenient, clean, and comfortable stay right by the airport — especially for short stays or transit days

I mostly enjoyed the super helpful and smiling staff at the hotel. Located within 10 minutes walk from the main train station, but a little hard if you have heavy luggage. The tram has a stop just outside the door. The room was big and nice, but the curtains cannot keep the light out and the shower is semi open, so half the bathroom gets wet. The breakfast is great and worth the whole stay . I wouldn’t mind staying there again!

I definitely recommend Arthur Hotel. Close to city centre and friendly staff. The room was perfect and price reasonable. Morning breakfast buffet is must add on to your itinerary.

The room we were assigned does not have a window. So, no natural light nor air. It has a huge column in the middle (1 meter of diameter), reducing the free movement in it. Very uncomfortable. In addition, there was no television, but a beamer with a big screen (no instructions to use available). All in all, the bedroom was clean but far from the standards one expects in this type of 4-star hotels. We arrived very late at night for the check-in at the reception and we were not asked or informed about these room conditions. We did not request the change of room as it was so late and we were tired after a very long trip.

Overall, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and offered very good quality for the price. The rooms were modern, well-designed, and spotless. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt neat and thoughtfully arranged. After long days exploring the city, it was a great place to rest and recharge. We also loved the hotel’s unique design and cozy atmosphere—it felt modern but still warm and welcoming. The common areas were spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing or chatting together as a group. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed. Overall, Scandic Paasi delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and high-quality hotel experience. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Helsinki.
