I always wanted to stay in this hotel since it is right next to where I leave and we used to Go to the bar time to time to have drinks yet I am a bit disappointed. The location is absolutely perfect but I find the staff not very communicative and the cleaning a bit avarage.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel and honestly, the highlight has to be the view. It’s absolutely stunning—you get a clear look over a charming little town, all surrounded by huge, dramatic mountains, which makes the whole place feel peaceful and almost postcard-perfect. Waking up to that scenery each day was definitely something special and added a lot to the overall experience. The service desk staff were consistently friendly and polite, which made check-in and any interactions smooth and pleasant. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary sparkling and still water provided—it’s a small detail, but it does make you feel a bit more taken care of. The room itself was comfortable and had some really nice features, especially the bathtub with a built-in jacuzzi, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. There were a few minor downsides, like the heaters not working, but surprisingly it never felt too cold at night, so it didn’t really affect our comfort. The safe also wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, these were relatively small issues compared to the overall experience. Between the incredible views, comfortable room, and friendly service, it was still a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

I stayed in a top-floor room overlooking Little Italy; the view was fantastic, and I felt very comfortable even staying alone. Cleanliness, service, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The complimentary buy-one-get-one cocktail offered at check-in was also a nice touch. One thing to note is that the hotel charges around €20 for a transfer to the train station if they arrange a taxi. It’s more economical to use Uber or similar apps instead. I didn’t try the hotel’s restaurant, but the one at the entrance of Little Italy just across the street opens at 6:30 PM and serves very good food. There’s usually a line, and their cocktails are also excellent. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and atmosphere.I was traveling solo, but I would especially recommend this hotel for couples.

I stayed for one night. The main things for me were the location near the center and the availability of breakfast. Both of these points were in this hotel, so I liked everything. The breakfast was variated, the dining area was large and comfortable, and there were no queues or crowds. The reception staff were very pleasant. The only small inconvenience were the room itself — there was no towel hook in the bathroom, and the room was quite small, but in my case this was not a problem. It was a nice stay over here with many facilities available and the gym was so clean and well-maintained. Room was pretty huge and comes with a small pantry/kitchenette. Overall, a pleasant stay!

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She let us check in early andalso gave us suggestions to explore the town. Room was clean and comfortable, just nice for the two of us.

The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and ideally located for exploring the beautiful historic center of Strasbourg. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional staff, particularly Elham. Their service was top-notch—incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive to every detail. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it made my trip so much better. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!
