"The hotel appears recently renovated, and overall we had a comfortable stay. As a 4-star hotel, expectations are naturally a bit higher, and in many areas the hotel delivers. The room was spacious by European standards, very clean, and offered enough storage for our 5-day visit. The shower was particularly good.
The air conditioning worked well, and we often used it as white noise, which helped on nights when there was some street noise from nearby bars and restaurants. It was noticeable at times, but not excessive.
One drawback was the TV selection, which included only a few English-language news channels. For a multi-day stay, we would have appreciated a bit more variety.
Our main concern was the breakfast service. On each morning of our stay—regardless of whether we arrived at 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, or even 10:00—several items such as bacon, cheese, ham, and pastries were empty and not replenished during our time there (typically around 30 minutes). When we asked staff, we were told that earlier groups had finished the items. While they eventually restocked some of the food upon request, it took about 15 minutes and required prompting. For a 4-star hotel, a more consistent and proactive approach to replenishing breakfast items would make a noticeable difference to the overall experience."

酒店意外的乾淨，家庭房非常大，有一個陽台隱隱約約可以看到海，最好是要高層，還會更加清楚，可以看到非常美的落日，旁邊有一間大超市可以買到泡麪，離海鮮市場非常的近，開車衹要5分鐘好停車，推薦的

Pengguna TetamuThe experience is amazing as they didn’t redecorated the exterior and it showed 3 stars even the trip.com showed 4 stars, once entering the room is amazing nice and modern and they even have a nice refrigerator to keep all your food in cold in the hot weather like this Aug and also the receptionist “ Susanna” is really so friendly and helpful makes my stay more pleasant! The buffet is amazing since usually French breakfast is really “ petit” but they have everything I like ( soy milk, salmon, eggs) I will definitely come back. The location is super convenient to go to sea side by 5 min walking!!!!

We arrived at the hotel which on first impressions was lovely. The receptionist offered to guide us around the hotel which was fine until we got to our room. We were informed that the air conditioning system was not functioning! We were advised to leave the patio door open all night and also offered a desk top fan. Unfortunately this resulted in 3 terrible nights sleep. We both failed to get anything more than 2 hours due to the room being so hot. Bearing in mind the hotel is 5* and not cheap, no offer of compensation was forthcoming. There was a bottle of tap water placed in our room which was replenished every night, unfortunately this made us both ill with a tummy upset.
Memories of this hotel will always relate to poor sleep and as a result has tarnished what should have been a wonderful stay in an iconic art deco hotel.
Very disappointing!

She_ButnayaThe hotel is a great option for its prize. I should not that the furniture was a quiet old and the elevator is very noisy. However, for its prize Hotel Les Steriilitzias a good option. I loved the stuff here. There were very helpful. The bus stop is in 5 minutes walk, very close to Juan Les Pins train station (that was the reason I chose the hotel for the first place).
